I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for Mr. Preet Singh, a Front Office Officer at Royal Orbit, Jabalpur. Despite being a recent addition to the team, he exemplified remarkable professionalism and empathy. My mother and three of her friends, who were traveling to Maha Kumbh, found themselves in a tough spot late at night, with no rooms available in the city due to high demand. When they approached Mr. Preet Singh, he went out of his way to help them by arranging a room and ensuring a seamless experience. His understanding of the challenges faced by female travelers and his ability to make them feel safe and comfortable were truly commendable. My mother, who had driven 1,000 km from Pune to Jabalpur as the sole driver, was extremely grateful for his assistance. Mr. Preet Singh's dedication and willingness to help not only reflect his exceptional customer service skills but also demonstrate his commitment to making every guest feel valued. Hotel Royal orbit is a well spread nice ambience, swimming pool, Gym, Restaurant & have large rooms and Suites. Staff in the hotel is courteous. I ;look forward to returning to your Restaurant and experiencing their exceptional services again.

Great place for a perfect family time. Food is awesome, best in class. Service too is quite prom t and responsive.

The overwhelming sense during our stay at this hotel was 'Surely they are not making money with this kind of service'. It was so good for the money. they provided a clean , beautiful room and in addition to that the complimentary breakfast was also good. Some great things are: 1. Underground parking ensures your car doesn't heat up like an oven when you want to go out. 2. We had dinner at their paid restaurant 'MP20'. 1 continental soup and 1 oriental soup were lip smackingly good. But the highlight for the day was that Sauted vegetable dish which I'm not able to remember now. Few improvement points for the hotel are: 1. Please improve Dosa batter making skills in your breakfast kitchen. 2. Provide stronger exhaust ventilation for the bathroom.

Very supportive staff. Clean and big room. Can accommodate family (2kids + 2adults) easily without any mattress.

I have recently stayed there. The room was not at all clean, water issue, staff behaviour was terrible.
