This was our 3rd visit to Eurostar Reina Felicia and will be staying again Very large rooms great views of the mountains with a good restaurant Excellent value 5 stars . Only 20 min walk to town centre where there are good bars and restaurants.

Mothers style hotel. I was surprised to have a free upgrade of my room, then I learned why!!!!! No AC, despite the 27° C outside. My room was facing the afternoon sun, with big glass windows, the room was like a greenhouse!!! With just a little window and no cross wind to cool off the room. What about the pool? A little way out of town but walkable. Good though limited parking under the hotel but plenty in the surrounding streets. We'd asked for and got a third floor room with a super view of Mt Oreol, the restaurant also has great views. The third Eurostars hotel of out trip and all were very good. Booking direct is the best idea as when you give them a review you get a discount voucher for your next stay, plus it seems you also get free parking.

Magnífico hotel, buena ubicación, Parking propio, lo que te da tranquilidad para el vehículo y puedes ir paseando a todas partes, estupenda y amplia habitación, baño amplio con buena bañera, gran y cómoda cama, y bonitas vistas..... y lo más importante, la amabilidad, jovialidad con la que te atienden todos los empleados.. del primero al último... desde luego lo mejor de este hotel su fuerza humana.

Hemos pasado unos dias en este hotel y la experiencia ha sido positiva. El personal muy amable y atento , la habitación buen tamaño , la limpieza buena y el desayuno tenía bastante variedad. La única pega es que está algo alejado del centro de Jaca , a 20 -25 minutos andando.

Reservamos una habitación cuádruple por la página web del hotel. El hotel nos envía confirmación de que la habitación es de dos personas. Al preguntar por la confirmación de solo dis personas, pedimos cancelar la habitación ya que no se ajusta a lo reservado y nos dicen que la política de cancelación no lo permite. Escribimos 4 emails al hotel con el pantallazo de la reserva para 4 personas y no nos aceptan la cancelación. Adjunto pantallazo. Una vergüenza.

Intentamos reservar ya que teníamos un COFREVIP de WONDERBOX de "Para unos novios únicos". Al intentar hacer la reserva en el hotel, nos redirigen a un telefono directo de WONDERBOX (el cual nunca cogen el telefono) y finalmente decidimos contactar via email. El proceso de reserva via email largo y lamentable. Adjunto captura de lo que ofrecen en su web, que es 1 noche + Desayuno para 2 personas. Nos responden por email, de que no, que no puede ser ALOJAMIENTO + DESAYUNO, que solamente alojamiento. Jajajaja, pero esto que es? Vamos, una estafa en toda regla...
