Two days later, I was 74 years old and there was no consideration, so I was in danger on the top bunk of a bunk bed. It was really just a room-only stay, and there was no microwave or hot pot, so it was extremely inconvenient. I was charged 1,040 yen, but why?"

"The cabin was old but clean.Thr problem was that our water heater failed, they had to work for four hours in the room with all of our stuff inside. They couldn't fix it since it's an old installation, they offerd us to move to another cabin, and give a discount for the inconvenience, we accepted. In the second cabin the hot water ALSO FAILED, my kid was freezing at half shower, it was midnight New years eve so we went to sleep and didn't shower. At the next day the lady in the front desk refused to honor the disccount even when i told her we also had problems on the second cabin, she had a very rude attitude. Jackson it's a beautiful town but I wouldn't recommend the elk for your stay."

"The hotel is brand new. They are still working out the kinks including the wifi. I needed to stay for business and wifi was essential. They made an accommodation and let us use the sister property at Anvil. They understood and accommodated us a lot and there staff was top notch."

"Jackson Hotel is the best hotel in our trip. The service is very good. From the front desk, I sent two bottles of mineral water. I asked how we were going to play. I put a welcome card and a box of chocolates in the room. The details are full! Except for the expensive point, there is really nothing wrong with it. Unexpected!"

"Fraudulent charges to the card left on file at checkin! Running a scam, First charge $99.00. I called the Anvil Hotel and requested a refund. Marco the desk clerk who also checked us in the previous night said I would have to email his boss and talk to her. I immediately called and reported to the fraud department. Then they informed me of a Second Charge for $1.00, likely to see if the charges would be declined before attempting another transaction! As a result, I lost the use of the card and a new card sent to my home address which was about a week away!"

"This hotel is right next to the ski resort, but quite a distance from the town. The rooms are tiny, yet the price is exorbitant. I waited over 40 minutes at the front desk for check-in; they couldn't find my reservation initially, and then when I finally got a room key, I opened the door to find it was already occupied! I went back to speak with the front desk manager, who was completely unhelpful and dismissive. While they did offer free breakfast as compensation in the end, the service quality is absolutely not commensurate with the price. I strongly advise against staying here!"

"I certainly don't understand all the 5 star reviews, our visit was far from that. First the positives: The location was super great, breakfast was good, and the staff overall was engaged and trying to please. But the negatives were many. The property is old and in need of some serious upgrades. Our room had an odd smell- I'm guessing someone cooked something in the kitchenette before us and it had an awful odor. We complained daily about this. The laundry facility on our floor was broken. The door to our suite would not lock and it took over a day to get that fixed. The plumbing above our shower leaked in the ceiling (in fairness we did not notify the staff of this until checkout). It was unusually hot during our stay and the HVAC struggled to keep up- the room was warmer than we liked. All this for a ridiculously high nightly lodging rate, although all of Jackson Hole appears to be that way. Finally, the Hilton Honors program is a joke. My girlfriend is a Lifetime Diamond member and all that got us was 2 bottles of water upon check-in. We initially couldn't even get a late checkout, finally getting 30 minutes but feeling they did us a big favor offering that. All in all, not the stay we hoped for"

"Spring Creek Ranch has one of the most beautiful views in Jackson—overlooking the valley with the Tetons in the distance, which was definitely the highlight of the stay. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for scenery and a quiet setting outside of town. That said, the cabin we stayed in was disappointing. It didn’t feel very clean when we arrived, and the furnishings and interior felt pretty outdated. For the price and reputation of the place, I expected the accommodations to be better maintained and refreshed. Overall, the location and views are amazing, but the cabins could really use better cleaning and some updates to match the setting."

"It takes a few minutes to walk to the cable car. The hotel is quite large, and the rooms have a kitchen and a fireplace. Parking is free, and the value for money is pretty good. It's much better than the Four Seasons, which is a bit old."

"We were in Grand View 5020S. It is a lock out from what I could tell. Horrible. Got there, no glasses, no utensils, no knife, some coffee cups and 3 plates. An undercounter fridge that was worthless. 2 decent bathrooms, a living room with no table, just one couch and a bad pair of chairs. No where to enjoy a drink or any light breakfast. The patio was filthy, someone's old hiking shoes and socks on the patio. It was unusable. Here is the worst.,if another party is in the other section of the condo you can here EVERTHING"

"Book a room for 5 people. Room is clean , size is comfortable for 5 people and location is good. The Inn consists of blocks with 2 storey and there is no elevator. It will be a problem if you have heavy luggages especially families travel with young children. Hence , better to indicate in your booking in your preference"
