The room was clean and spacious!

Hotel facilities were of a satisfactory standard. However, the reservation status was not fully communicated to the hotel. The reservation included breakfast, but the hotel said breakfast was not included and payment was made for breakfast. Later, I realized that the breakfast payment had been made separately and was able to cancel it by showing the voucher and asking to cancel the breakfast payment. I don't know where the problem was with the system, but it was inconvenient because the reservation status was not properly connected to the hotel.
