This was only a one night, brief stay but we enjoyed a nice dinner on our arrival and breakfast in the morning.. great coffee! one observation is the web site said ”Free Breakfast along side of Free Internet, but we were told no our breakfast was not Free. Upon check in, the hotel lobby smelled strongly of vaping, reception was notably rude, the elevator smelled dirty, the hall had a seperate notable disgusting odor, and the hotel room had it's own musty, unclean odor. The shower did not drain properly and I stood in ankle deep water washing my hair. Attached is a photo of the ring left in the tub from our use, and I it is unlikely this much residue was generated by our overnight stay. Note the mold on the shower curtain liner. This was the darkest Sheraton hotel room we've stayed in. The pillows were notably uncomfortable, the mattress not much better. The next morning when I called the front desk to let them know about the faulty drain and offered to send a photo of the ring of soap residue in the tub, hotel reception disconnected our call. Upon checking out, when I asked about speaking with the general manager, I was told he would email us, and no such email was received. Overall, this poor quality of hotel and service is not what we would hope for from Four Points by Sheraton.

The hotel had an outdoor pool that was enjoyable because never very busy. Our room was spacious and clean. After traveling all day, it was great to find a hotel that was super nice at such a good price! We've had bad experiences with crap hotels charging what we paid at this hotel. Its amazing for the value! We didn't feel the need to think twice after looking at the room prior to checking in! The receptionist was very friendly in all aspects. The morning breakfast was good hot breakfast whereas some hotels do not offer much for breakfast. We wanted a place that meant we could eat a good meal before getting on the road early the next day without having to do drive-thru or gas station food. This place I'd definitely recommend.

We had a nice-sized clean room with two comfortable queen beds. The free shuttle service to the airport was a great benefit since one of us had a early flight. All of the service people were very helpful and friendly. They had a good breakfast with hot scrambled eggs, bacon and turkey sausage, along with juice, coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Also there was variety of cold cereals along packets of instant oatmeal and grits.

We had recently moved from the area (2 weeks) and had to come back for my husband's cardiac catherization. He crashed in the cath lab and had to be rushed to emergency open heart surgery and coronary bypass. That extended our stay from 2 nights to 2 weeks. From the very first night Isaac did an outstanding job of accomodating us. After I had to extend my stay he bent over backwards to help me. The following week I met the person whom he was training( I believe). I did not get her name, however she is as wonderful as he. I then met Ashley, she is an absolute doll and did everything in her power to accommodate us on her side. I then met the manager, who I requested to meet so I could tell her how wonderful they all are. Through all my anguish and tears they made my time there so much better! I am and we are grateful to have had encountered such wonderful people. The hotel is clean and well kept. The location is perfect. We are super satisfied customers. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

We drove from Pennsylvania and already called to let the front desk know that we would arrive late maybe past midnight. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant reassuring us the service is 24/7 so we should be fine getting our room when we were there. We reached the hotel around 2:45am and the lady at the front desk had so bad attitude saying we had to wait 35-40 minutes because she was having an audit without checking if we already called to check in and to inform the hotel our situation. I was speechless of how thoughtless she was looking at us all exhausted after the long drive reaching the hotel so late at night and still asked us to wait for 35-40 minutes. She made us accept that audit was something important for her and we had to wait until she finished her audit. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable for regular customer service let alone Doubletree managed by Hilton which always has top of the line service. I was so upset and later apologized for it with her and told her I was driving so far and I was tired but she didn’t even glance at me and just threw such look-down-upon attitude at us. She should be the one who apologized for the wait but I was decent enough to do that first. I just can’t really can’t imagine how such a person with poor communication skills, poor interpersonal skills can work as a front desk, the key role for customer service at hotel industry. The 3 point on the scale I put was for the comfort of the room itself.
Very Good

Outstanding
PParadise49901924785I'm a Gold level Marriott member so I write this with genuine disappointment, especially as outside of this event this was mr new 'go-to' hotel when I needed to come to Jacksonville for medical at Mayo. I'm in my 2nd of a 2 night stay. I had a had a medical procedure this morning which required putting me under. I returned to my room and rested for a few hours and then found the bathroom heavily flooded. I went to the front desk to ask for help and no one was there. I waited and some guy told me to hold on, he'd go find someone. Eventually, a front desk guy named Melvin came out who was unproductive and oddly discourteous in a way that was unearned and about him. I told the problem and after some confusion he was able to contact engineering to come meet us at the front desk. While waiting, I asked him if he could see if there was availability for another room. He said ”No, I can't move you until engineering says the problem can't be fixed. Plus, we're pretty full.”I said ”yes but if you could just check if availability exists as I've just had a medical procedure and am exhausted,” a d held up my bandaged srm from where the IV just was hours ago. He then said no, rolled his eyes, and argued with me which was weird because I wasn't arguing with him. The Palmene the engineer arrived and asked my room number, 723, and he immediately told Melvin and me no one is supposed to be in that room as there is a roof leak which isn't his fault because the roof guys hadn't fixed it yet. I asked Mel in if he could now check if other rooms were available? He said no, ot until the engineer goes with me to the room. I asked ”why nit just give me a key now to a new room so I could directly pack, switch rooms and then return the key to the flooded room? Palmene the Engineer agreed and started explaining and literally mid-sentence Melvin started helping someone else who randomly walked up to ask a question about parking. I asked Melvin to please resolve one problem at a time and he refused. It was really sincerely weird; rude in such a misplaced way that it was farcical. So Palmene and I went to the room, he immediately knew where the roof leak in the bathroom was, repeated that the room should never have been occupied nor I put in it. He kindly ran to get me new room keys and a luggage dolly so I could pack to move. He returned with them and helped solve the problem and apologized for Melvin acting rudely and unconstructively. After packing and switching rooms I took the dolly down to the lobby and Melvin came up to tell me i could have just it in the hallway instead of nust saying thanks for returning it. This is a flooded room on a medical procedure day exasperated a really incompetent front desk guy with a poor attitude.
Aa0304050225We stayed here one night while visiting relatives and found it a very pleasant place to stay. The hotel is not located along a busy road and was quiet and comfortable. It was rainy so we could not enjoy the patio overlooking the lake but could tell that it would be a delight with better weather. Our breakfast was delicious and we found the staff pleasant and personable.
CCkirkEverything was good just had no hot water, did not address it while I was there because I was in and out of doctor’s appointments all day and was too tired to worry about it. Staff was extremely friendly especially the night time front attendant.
GGuest UserI drove 6 hours and got to the hotel at 4:10 and asked if I could please check in because I was really tired and didn’t want to drive because of me being so excited and I had worked the whole day and then drove The lady up front told me she would if I paid 60 to her I was not going to pay 60 to anyone because I didn’t have it she then said well you need to wait till 4pm so I left and went to my car drive to the love gas station and paid 16.56 to take a shower and then drive to the hospital to be with my son and his girlfriend where she was giving birth to my first baby Then At 5:30 I went back and was told that she didn’t have a room for me I didn’t have any money so I had to sleep in my car for 3 days I didn’t get my money back I didn’t even have money for food and then they told me to call the manager and I had to talk with her I called 5 times and she
GGuest UserConvenient place with many stores and shopping around. We had a family of 4. Double bed room. The room and hotel is really old. The room cleanliness was mediocre, lots of stains, rust and even mold along the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were felt and looked clean. All the things in the room worked. Free continental breakfast that ends at 9. Waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff was not very nice but did provide one extra towel even though we asked for two. Looks to be owned by Indian but not for sure. Not too sure if I plan to stay there again.
My husband and I decided to take a couple of days to relax since he had just gotten out of the hospital so I booked us a room at this hotel. Bad idea! The room had mold all in it. It was on the ceiling and on the couch in the room. The shower walls and behind every table in the room as well. Which wasn't a welcoming sight since my husband was in the hospital with respiratory issues. That next morning when we went for breakfast the sausage was under cooked and cold as were the eggs. Then we were really disappointed to see waffle stuff but got told that there would be no waffles that day. Disappointed enough that we didn't even go to breakfast the next morning. Also the pool was closed. We were told that was because they had to get someone from the state to come inspect it. Needless to say the whole stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location until they get it cleaned up more
GGuest UserHorrible ! Negative stars need to be an option. I booked through hotel.com and after driving 6 hours to get there the hotel had no front desk attendant and was closed.(To my surprise because I’ve never seen a hotel close much less not have someone in the front desk) All that was left there was an emergency contact number. Which was called, and when the night manager was contacted he instantly told me I had no reservation. Then as I told him I have all the Confirmation emails he shows up on the property to tell me there nothing he can do and that he did not know how to use the system. Then the next morning after having to sleep in the car. The hotel opens past its opening time with a line at the door waiting for assistance. When they finally opened, The front desk attendant very rudely said that the reservation was canceled. When I don’t know how because no one was there to even cancel it. While waiting the other guest were telling me how they had roaches in the sheets. And another gentlemen had no sheets at all and when he asked for them they were told they would be brought. Later to find out they were never bringing them and they closed the front. The hotel And hotel.com and do not want to issue a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND HOTEL.COM. SCAMMERS THAT HAVE NO ISSUE TAKING YOUR MONEY BUT HABE ISSUES RETURNING IT. THEY BOTH NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.
夏夏日的鸡蛋花On my way back from Miami, I decided to stay in this hotel. The price / performance ratio is still relatively high. As a hotel for a night's rest, it is better to have breakfast with meatloaf, sausage and scrambled eggs (not the taste of Chinese people) and you can make crepes The cake is crispy and soft inside, and it's warm and suitable for my taste. I stayed in the main building near Lobby because it was late November and the weather was a bit cold. The air-conditioning in the main building was not single-control. Even though the central air conditioner has no hot air, it is still a bit cold to sleep anyway! I like the warmth in the room. Those who are afraid of the cold must choose the room in the secondary building (the second floor next to it). Although the air conditioner is a bit loud, it is better than freezing.
MMichelleMcKendreeWe have traveled a lot in 50 years. This is, by far, the nastiest, filthiest, most sketchy and unsafe place we have ever stayed. Cracked, molded, broken tub, sink, toilet. I have never seen such disgusting carpeting. I didn't want my dog to walk across it. There were human hairs on the vanity, toilet tank and bedding. The lobby area is a constant entourage of characters, that were obviously not hotel guests. It stinks highly of mold, **** and crud. We paid $125 to NOT sleep an hour, because I was horrified of the filth and stench. I felt completely unsafe here. You are locked out of the lobby and must be buzzed in. However, noone asks for ID or key. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere BUT this place.
