The territory is looked after very well, in the evening they clean the pool area, vacuum, etc. Breakfasts are a solid 5! The room itself is already quite tired. The window in our room overlooked the wall of another building, which you can almost reach with your hand. But the bed linen is good. The pillows and mattress are comfortable. As for the recreation area with the pool. We were very surprised that they did not let us in with berries! We had raspberries and blackberries with us. They said that you can't bring your own food, only order something in their restaurant. But they don't have berries! Of course, we didn't understand this, but they took the berries from us. Also, there are a lot of people in the pool, because you can come ”from the street” and buy a ticket to the pool. In general, for this price you can find a better option. We will definitely not go there a second time."

"Hotel is helpful and friendly. Quick service. Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Food is variety and good. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre. City is safe and alive at night. Cascade can be seen from hotel window Many restaurants/cafe walking distance from hotel open morning till 11pm. Very convenient."

We were wonderfully met at registration and check-out, but at the check-out the guy constantly distracted and severely delayed us. "С 8 по 10 апреля 2025г. мы (2 человека) останавливались в отеле Aspar Boutique Hotel в Ереване. Бронировали через Trip.com. Оплата в рублях. Цена вопроса – 10 640,82 R (108,0€) без завтрака. Отель расположен в центре города. По городу перемещались пешком. Отель расположен внизу, надо было спуститься по ступенькам, в очень уютный дворик. Аутентичный отель состоит из нескольких симпатичных домиков, с небольшим двором, где стояли столики и диванчики, и можно было отдыхать вечером. Есть большая кухня, где можно готовить. В отеле очень красиво, дизайн выдержан в старинном стиле, музей старинного Еревана. Мы даже сделали фотки. Было очень тихо. Красивые просторные номера, дали даже тапочки и халаты, много туалетных принадлежностей, чайник. Было все самое необходимое и даже более того. Помогли нам донести багаж до номера. Очень красивая девушка на стойке регистрации была очень приветлива и дружелюбна с нами, ответила на все вопросы, и помогла супругу с регистрацией на рейс. Отель заслуживает самой высокой оценки. Оценка отелю и персоналу–10 баллов!!! РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!"

"Отель расположен в тихом месте, хотя и недалеко от центральной площади. Номеров не так много, потому очень уютно. В номере чисто, все работало. Уборка добросовестная, воды хватало. Завтра очень достойный, соки и фрукты есть, выпечка всегда разная и очень вкусная. Особенно улыбнуло четыре или пять видов чурчхелы ) Вечером пару раз пользовались бассейном. Отдельная благодарность девочкам с ресепшн за помощь с решением личных вопросов с получением документов в госорганах РА. Никогда не думал, что сотрудники обычного (получается, что необычного) отеля могут обеспечить такой troubleshooting. Чтобы мы без вас делали? Спасибо еще раз за поддержку. Менеджер отеля может гордиться таким персоналом. Сервис и гостеприимство – вовсе не рекламный лозунг в вашем предприятии. Где в следующий раз остановиться в Ереване? Зачем что-то искать, если существует Central Hotel..)"

"Very large hotel. Very clean, friendly staff will to engage. Very professional and helpful Receptionist. It's a bit of a distance to down Town, but plenty of taxies, cheap and reliably. Did not use the spay or Pool. I would stay again when in Yaravan."
