"Unfortunately had a frustrating stay with everything absolutely disorganised and poorly managed. Check-in took over 40 minutes, and even though I arrived well after the official 2 pm check-in time, I was told my room still wasn’t ready because it was being cleaned (the same went for most people in the queue). The lobby and public areas were constantly noisy and chaotic, with kids running around unchecked which felt more like a theme park than a hotel. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better as I had to wait over 20 minutes just to be seated, and by that time the atmosphere had already killed my appetite. The one real positive is the hotel’s location that gives you easy access to the metro station and most of the city’s main attractions. The property itself feels a little dated (90s luxury as you can imagine), but it’s reasonably well kept. Unfortunately the staff all seemed overwhelmed and disconnected from the front desk to housekeeping. There seemed to have no real warmth or sense of hospitality. Overall this will probably be my first and last stay at an IHG hotel."

The disposable slippers are all cartoon. When I check out, the baby has been asking me to take it home. I like it very much. The children's toiletries are also complete, all cartoon patterns, and brushing their teeth has become active. Shampoos and baths are specially designed for children, and foot stools are prepared intimately. 3️⃣ Some things about children are also very complete, such as children are small, the hotel provides children's dining chairs, and you can send them to the house or restaurant for dinner. If you want to go out and go around, there is a stroller to borrow, which is great! As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, there is a big box, which is full of sand digging tools. You can take it to the beach to play without buying it yourself. Beach cushions, picnic mats, hotels can ask for them, the hotel's mineral water is provided with ropes to slant the body, it is really touching. 4️⃣ The restaurant environment is also very good, breakfast is very good. The laundry room is dry and can iron clothes. There is also coffee in the lobby on the 1st floor. The open-air balcony on the 7th floor is super beautiful. Looking at the sea across the sea bridge in front and the castle in the back, it is really romantic to get home, and there is no dead corner. The most important thing is that the price is not very expensive, the attraction hotel is only a thousand, the star service, the reservation has a butler contact, the price is really too high!"

"I was very satisfied with the whole thing. When I booked the room, I was worried that the pictures would be different from the real scene, so I called the merchant to ask. After I arrived, I felt relieved when I saw the room. It was exactly the same as the pictures shown online. In addition, a new tea drinking area was added.
