"The room was clean and had a warm, natural wood decor. The service was excellent. I'm sensitive to cold and dislike drafts, and the new air system in the room blew strongly all night. Even with a heater, I woke up with a headache. I mentioned it to the front desk staff the next day, and they moved me to a room where the bed was further from the new air vent, and the system was quieter and less forceful. A huge thank you! Two days later, I brought my child to stay again, and the front desk arranged for the largest single room. The king bed was made by combining two twin beds, which was also great. There was a microwave and a coffee machine. Another big thank you! The location is very convenient, and you can easily find breakfast nearby."

Hotel near Hung Hom and Kowloon City,Hong Kong
"The first time I stayed at this guesthouse-style hotel for two nights, the advantages and disadvantages are half, the advantage is that it is only a few minutes walk from Kowloon Tong MTR station, the room is large enough, fully equipped and has a jacuzzi, the price is cheaper than the average hotel. The disadvantage is that I can not accept the most, bed sheets duvet cover pillowcase and bath towel are disposable, rough texture sticking to the skin uncomfortable, mattress is too hard, two nights did not sleep well, slippers instead of disposable, is plastic mop reuse not very hygienic."

"Two seniors and a child, we crossed the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge to visit Hong Kong. The hotel is in Tsim Sha Tsui, and both the MTR and buses are very convenient. After crossing the bridge, we took the 'Golden Bus' (shuttle bus) and then a regular bus, and it was just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. Hong Kong is known for its high property values, but the family room we booked had two large beds and was very spacious. We could even see Victoria Harbour from our room, and it was just a short walk to the Avenue of Stars. The hotel staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service and patiently explained the bus routes to us. Despite the hotel being quite busy and check-in officially being at 3 PM, we were delighted to be able to check in at 12 PM."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of great food options right downstairs. Kowloon Park is just across the street, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The room amenities are comprehensive, and they even provide complimentary Watsons mineral water. The service was truly excellent. I encountered an unexpected problem during my stay: I woke up the next morning to find the arm of my glasses had come off, and I had a flight to catch, so I was quite anxious. Since I had just bought the frames from Puyi less than a month ago, and I have severe myopia, I tried contacting the Puyi sales team to see if they could send someone to help, but received no reply. My only option was to ask the hotel front desk if someone could take me to get them fixed. The hotel front desk staff were incredibly calm and collected, and immediately proposed a solution. They arranged for a concierge to come up with a small screwdriver to see if they could fix them on the spot. The concierge was also wonderful, holding up their phone flashlight the entire time to help me see. The hotel's service attitude and calm approach to handling problems are truly commendable. Next time I'm in Hong Kong, The Mira will definitely be my top choice."

"Came to Hong Kong for a concert and chose the Millennium. We arrived very early and stored our luggage at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming. We returned to the hotel around 1 PM to check in. We had booked a city view room, but to our pleasant surprise, we were given a partial sea view room on the 8th floor, which was excellent value for money. It was also my birthday that day, and after returning to the hotel late at night after the concert, I received an unexpected surprise – a complimentary cake! 🎂 Thank you so much, it was a very satisfying stay. 😘"

"It was my mom's birthday, and I was on my annual leave. We escaped Beijing's cold snap, expecting warmth in the south, but to our surprise, a cold wave hit here too! Still, it was much warmer than Beijing's -10 degrees Celsius. The Shangri-La hotel exudes an old-school elegance, comfort, and a sense of security. Every staff member was professional and incredibly helpful. During check-in, the young man arranged for my parents' room and mine to be on the same floor, and even surprised my mom with a small cake, which made her so happy! The afternoon of the 21st was incredibly busy; there was a huge line for check-in. I didn't even get his name, but if the GM sees this, please give him a commendation, haha! The hotel has been around for a while, but it's really well-maintained. The location is superb, with a direct passage from the hotel to a sky bridge that leads right down to the Avenue of Stars – making it super convenient to get anywhere. By the way, the shower gel in the bathroom is a citrus scent; how do I describe it? Like orange soda! It's incredibly refreshing after a long day of walking. They also provide a direct drinking water dispenser and universal power adapters, so no need to bring your own. And there's turn-down service too. Anyway, the Shangri-La will definitely be my first choice for future trips with my parents."

"Great location if you want to be in the heart of central.  Bed was comfortable and the gentlemen at checkin were very nice.  This is a good place if you have a quick overnight trip, but it’s not luxury.  Typical Hong Kong where you pay a lot of money for not much.  There is also no hot water so expect a cold shower"

"This was my first stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, located in the bustling heart of Central, which made it super convenient for exploring and dining. The service, as expected from the Mandarin Oriental brand, was thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive. I wasn't entirely satisfied with my initial room, but the duty manager promptly moved me to an upgraded room with a fantastic view. Any requests were met quickly, and the attention to detail was exceptional; seeing I had sunglasses, they thoughtfully brought me a glasses cloth, and in the evening, they provided a sleep-inducing aroma diffuser. The tea bags in the room were delicious, and breakfast was both healthy and tasty. I would definitely choose the Mandarin Oriental again on my next trip to Central, Hong Kong."
