"Our trip to Sanya was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to choosing Holiday Resort Sanya Bay! It completely exceeded all our expectations. The hotel's location is unbeatable – just a 15-minute drive from the airport. Cross the street, and you're right on Coconut Dream Corridor beach. We got to witness breathtaking 'orange sea' sunsets from our balcony every evening; every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The room was spotless and spacious, with incredibly thoughtful amenities. Since we were traveling with a child, we'd communicated this beforehand. Not only was there a bed rail and a small table and chairs, but they even provided a cute, child-themed room card as a keepsake – talk about attention to detail! The 2100㎡ petal-shaped swimming pool was amazing. The kids' area had water slides, and the daily afternoon foam parties kept our child entertained for hours. The heated design meant we could enjoy the water even in winter. Breakfast was so extensive we had trouble choosing – freshly made Hainanese noodles, traditional Qingbuliang dessert, and a full spread of Chinese and Western dishes were all available. But what truly stood out was our butler, Lily! She proactively called us the day before check-in to confirm our arrival time and needs. Upon arrival, she guided us every step of the way, helped us upgrade to a room with a better view, and thoroughly explained all the complimentary family activities, like go-karting and beach crab-hunting. She even thoughtfully installed the bed rail for us. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly responsive to any questions via WeChat, arranging everything perfectly. This kind of warm, anticipatory service made our entire holiday incredibly comfortable. And the value for money is just incredible! They provide free children's swim rings, sand-digging toys, and you don't even need to bring your own anti-slip socks. The family activities run non-stop from morning to night, completely freeing up parents. We will definitely choose this place again for our next Sanya trip. "Traveling to Sanya with my one-year-old, my biggest worry was her getting cold from playing in the water. Qiyunlanhai's constant temperature pool completely solved this huge problem for me! The pool water is consistently around 28℃ year-round, and the afternoon sun warms the surface, making it perfect for my baby to splash around happily in her swim ring, without any fear of her catching a cold from the sea breeze. The pool's design is incredibly thoughtful; the shallow end is only 30cm deep, just right for little ones to stand and play in. Plus, there's a pool cleaning robot every night. The rooms at this beautiful accommodation have a natural wood aesthetic, and all the soft furnishings have rounded corners, which means I don't have to worry about my baby bumping into anything when she runs around."

There is a lot of traffic, and there is a vacant lot across the road as a parking lot. Electric sidecar motorcycles can be rented, but it is not very safe. The road is narrow and there are many cars. Don't rent them if you can. The hotel facilities are old and the sanitary conditions are not very good. The main problem is that the walls and ceilings are moldy. The cabinets are very rusty. When I checked in, there were bamboo sticks left by previous guests on the table, and there were a lot of hair on the ground. The sink and the bed are next to each other, which is an incredible design."
