"I stayed in Yishang for several days on a business trip and the service was very considerate. The hall is spacious, bright and smells fresh. Even if it snows outside, the floor is always clean. The breakfast is rich and has different types every day. There is also a laundry room and gym, which is in line with the hotel's positioning. It would be great if there was a microwave. The weather was too cold and I wanted to heat up the takeaway I ordered. The table in the room was a bit small and it was too crowded to place the computer and other items. There was something wrong with the reservation information, and Jing Qi at the front desk helped to solve it; Wei Mengmeng, the receptionist at the front desk, was also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me carry my luggage. The experience was very good. I will book here again next time I go on a business trip~"

"The first time I tried a windowless room, I was worried that it would be depressed, but after I checked in, I completely dispelled my concerns. The fresh air system of the hotel is very powerful. The room is not stuffy at all. The temperature and humidity are adjusted to the right place. It is very comfortable and super quiet. For people like me who sleep lightly is a boon, and sleep until you wake up naturally.
The big bed is very soft, the height and softness of the pillow are also suitable, the sheets are clean and tidy, and I don't want to get up when I lie down.
For passengers who are out during the day and come back to sleep at night, this is definitely the perfect choice for high cost performance. Thanks to the hotel's intentions, I will choose this next time."

"We stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more."
