The room even has tea set, so you can brew a cup of tea in the morning on the ninth floor, enjoying the quiet morning views of the bustling city below and the distant mountains and temples – truly experiencing the unique charm of Xiapu, a small county town! It was a very pleasant experience! The customer service staff were also excellent; I always leave my belongings there! A highly recommended hotel in Xiapu, I even extended my stay for a few more days!"

"Great place for a relaxing holiday Rooms were big, they have ceiling to floor windows which offered great views of the sea It is a relatively easy place to find as it is the first building after turning in from the main road Staff there were friendly and helpful On the last day of our trip we accidentally left one of our jackets at a dining place 5min away from the hotel. We messaged the staff and they went to the restaurant to look for our jacket and helped to mail it back to us Will definitely be back again to stay at this amazing hotel"

"Facilities: Basic B&B facilities, toiletries are from a brand I've never seen before. Hygiene: Relatively clean, but there are obvious water marks from cleaning that have not been wiped away. Environment: The room has a large window with a good view of the tidal flats. The public courtyard is very small and the landscaping is generally not very attractive. There is nothing to eat around, and you have to drive 40 minutes to the county town for meals. Service: Basic services of ordinary B&B, including helping with luggage. Generally speaking, if the price is between 300 and 400, it is very ok. But an ordinary room that costs more than 800 yuan in the off-season seems to be overpriced. The next day we were upgraded to a larger room, but there wasn't even a bathrobe - it felt like a mom-and-pop shop with only one waiter, and there was no one in the lobby after 10 o'clock. The breakfast was very ordinary and monotonous, and it was exactly the same for two consecutive breakfasts (Figure 3) We had dinner at the hotel on the day of check-in. There was no clear price tag and an additional 50 yuan processing fee was charged. If they were purchasing for the customer, they should have shown me a receipt or something like that, but they didn't tell us how much it cost. Figure 2: A chicken, two roasts, 4 small oysters, and 4 swimming crabs totaled 681 yuan. (Oysters are fishy) What’s interesting is that when we were dining, the boss came to ask us how the food tasted. We said, “It’s good overall, but the oysters are a little fishy.” The boss just walked away without saying a word 😄 It was quite confusing. Was the boss not satisfied with our answer? The next day, I went to the county town's ”Funing Food City·Tidal Flat Seafood” for dinner. I ordered a table of 9 dishes, including fish, crabs and various seafood, which cost only more than 800 yuan. Including our subsequent stay at Wuyishan Chunbo Resort Hotel, even though it was a five-star hotel, the 150-square-meter single-family villa only cost 1,200 yuan in the off-season. We ordered 8 dishes at the hotel, which only cost 900 yuan including a 10% service charge. This made the room rate of this B&B seem too high and the restaurant prices opaque. Later, I stayed in a high-scoring B&B in the city center of Jingdezhen, which cost more than 400 yuan and had similar overall facilities and services to this one. In short, I would not recommend this B&B if the room price is over 500 during non-holidays, as it does not match the price. As for the B&B restaurant, the menu is in (Figure 1) for your reference😃"

"Our first stop for the National Day holiday trip was fantastic! The landlady was incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay very comfortable. **Environment**: Located right in the heart of Dongbi Village, our room had a stunning sea view. Although we didn't catch the sunset, waking up each day and pulling back the curtains to a vast ocean view was incredibly refreshing. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and popular photo spots are just around the corner. **Hygiene**: The room was very clean. Having stayed at many seaside guesthouses, this one was exceptionally good. **Facilities**: All basic facilities were available, though the bathroom was a bit small. There's no elevator, but the owner kindly helped us with our luggage, which was very much appreciated. **Service**: The landlady personally prepared breakfast every morning; it was delicious and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed refreshing iced plum juice. She offered great recommendations for sightseeing routes and provided sunrise and sunset times. She even helped plan our itinerary – excellent service! Plus, we got a discount at Sanbeiban, which was perfect!"
