"The boss is very friendly and can communicate in English, helping tourists who don't speak Japanese to solve communication problems. When we arrived at Kawaguchiko Station that day, we were scared by the crowds of people. Fortunately, the boss picked us up personally and drove us to Ogino to buy dinner and breakfast, solving our breakfast problem. Our group of four lived in a duplex apartment on the second floor.
