"It's not easy to find a hotel on Ocean Drive with a balcony where you can watch the sunrise while lying in bed. And this room type is not even available on the hotel's official website! Although the hotel facilities are not the newest, I think the location is really great. The front desk staff was very warm and friendly, making our birthday trip full of surprises and joy."

"Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)! Prive and reputation did not match the expectation"

"Very suitable for lying down, but please don't refer to all platforms when booking room types. I saw the room pictures on Ctrip before and thought that the highest-level room type that can be booked is a sea view room. After booking it, I was told that it was not a sea view room when I checked in. This is a big difference. The room is clean and hygienic, and the extra breakfast is OK. The main thing is that it is close to the beach and the location is very convenient; it is also very fast to take a taxi to South Beach. It is quite quiet at night, and the bar and restaurant on the first floor are good."

"This time I flew from Dallas to Florida, visited Orlando, Tampa and then Miami and Key West. Along the way, I stayed in a double Queen room at Leslie Hotel Ocean Drive for 4 nights. I can say something about it, first of all; 1) The location is excellent. The beach is right outside the hotel. You can look at the sea and the beach under the sun. You can go to the sea and bask in the sun repeatedly until the sun sets. After dinner, the cool breeze blows. You can walk along the coastal road and look at the sea under the stars. 2) Eat: There are restaurants below and around the hotel. Latin American singers are enthusiastic and unrestrained, and the food is simple and casual. American, Italian, Mexican food, as well as Cuban food and Chinese morning tea (a little further away, on the way to Key West). 3) The room is smaller and the facilities are simple and adequate, but there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the room. There is a swimming pool on the roof. Although the sound insulation is not very good, it was quiet until 11:00 pm after a tiring day. 4) When you go to the beach, you can borrow beach chairs and umbrellas for free from the hotel. 5) What is inconvenient is that in South Beach, Miami, where land is at a premium, the hotel does not have its own parking space and can only rent the nearest public parking lot. The best parking lot is only one day away from the hotel on the left hand side, but it is sometimes late. It was full when we got back to the hotel, so we had to look for it again. "The hotel is in the heart of South Beach, and the location is superb. The swimming pool is awesome, facing the beach. The room is either facing the swimming pool or looking out to sea. High sea view room is recommended. The hotel is a well-known old building in the art deco district, and there are endless groups of thematic tourism groups in the hotel lobby. Although the rooms are not large, they are full of design and do not have the sound insulation problems common in old buildings. The shortcoming is breakfast: the restaurant is mainly for dinner parties, the quality of breakfast is very poor, and the waiter looks at you to get the voucher. I guess I can't get the tip, the service is extremely inadequate and Ignore. It is not recommended to book a room with breakfast."

"Boulan South Beach – Honest Review I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks. Positives: The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives: That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience. Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear. Final Thoughts: Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach."

"It doesn't offer anything other than a clean room with a good bed. But without any charm. There is no room service. Old and poorly maintained swimming pool. Location ok. Valet parking very expensive. 44 dollars. No justification for that. Anyway. Not worth it."
