We are located 5 minutes from El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the Desert as well as 5-10 minutes from Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, Gelson's and other grocery stores. The municipal park on Fred Waring Drive is within Walking Distance and has Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Sand Volleyball, Basketball Courts and Baseball Diamonds as well as a large Playground for the kids and a large dog park. 2 Malls and 2 Movie Theaters are within 5 minutes as well as many Scenic Hiking Trails including Art Smith Trail and Bump and Grind, 2 of the most popular hikes in Palm Desert. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST. **MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES *** Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries.
