Hotel that should not have 4 stars since in some aspects its level could be classified as a pension. Be prepared to wake up at 7 am with incessant and loud noises of plates, cutlery... coming from the cafeteria. This would be acceptable in a hostel, never in a hotel and less so a 4 star one. Also noise of water moving through pipes in the wall next to the headboard of the bed. The air conditioning does not work properly. Slight smell of pipes in the bathroom. As I said, more than a 4 star hotel, a pension at a golden price. Terrible. I think it was my worst experience.

I think it's a good hotel. The staff is excellent. The best thing is the price on Trip.com. I recommend Trip.com and of course the hotel.

Good hotel, furniture and decoration a bit old but cozy, clean and very well maintained. Excellent treatment by the staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Located a little far from the center, it gives tranquility and easy parking in the surroundings.

Hotel tranquilo con buenas vistas El desayuno de bufet me parece bastante caro comparando con otros hoteles de 4 estrellas.

Me produce mucha insatisfacción que la atención hotelera sea industrial y escasamente humanizada. Este hotel, al final, resulta profundamente deshumanizado. En pocos días, dentro de la misma semana, me he hospedado 3 días en Hotel Infanta Cristina y he apreciado su compartamiento y trato deshumanizado. He tenido necesidad de imprimir 2 páginas de un escrito tipo MANIFIESTO a favor de la CIUDAD DE JAÉN frente a la UNESCO y me han advertido de la posible mala calidad de la impresión y, a pesar de ello, del cobro de 10m cts de €uro por cada página, un mensaje claramente contrario a atender la necesidad del cliente; por supuesto no realicé la impresión, fuí a un hotel alternativo (donde ni siquiera era huesped y me realizaron la impresión gratis y sobre la marcha. De igual modo, la reserva se hizo para 2 personas, pero la segunda no pudo viajar y hospedarse por fallecimiento de un familiar directo, al solicitar una compensación del pago superior realizado, mediante un desayuno no contratado, la respuesta es que "no es posible, porque la reserva del mayorista no permite modificaciones". Trataré de tener en cuenta el trato recibido para futuras reservas. Muchas gracias
