Be prepared to wake up at 7 am with incessant and loud noises of plates, cutlery... coming from the cafeteria. This would be acceptable in a hostel, never in a hotel and less so a 4 star one. Also noise of water moving through pipes in the wall next to the headboard of the bed. The air conditioning does not work properly. Slight smell of pipes in the bathroom. As I said, more than a 4 star hotel, a pension at a golden price. Terrible. I think it was my worst experience."
