The service was superior right from the check in i had to wait for long time and staff did not know which room to be allocated (some other guest came after were given rooms but we were waiting) , and finally after wait of 45 min got the room which was not what i had paid for . They put us in the back side room where as we had booked for garden view. On complaining for room change , Requested to talk to Manager and he did not turnup , another wait for half hr and they try to prepare the room. By the way we did not arrive early as we requested early checkin coz of bad weather n traffic jam. Manager here seems to have high ego or coward , does not want to face or listen to the customer so one can know wht to expect. He just put it onto front desk staff to handle. Food was not so good , so i wished i had better booked some international brand hotel , instead of trying the hotel with some nice traditional look . Poor staff trying to help themselves by running the show , looked like .

My stay at Pride Amber Palace was nothing short of exceptional. What was meant to be a short 2-day anniversary getaway turned into one of my most memorable hotel experiences of 2026 so far. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the entire team were truly remarkable. Ms. Ekta made the check-in experience smooth and welcoming, while Ms. Rinku was equally courteous and helpful during checkout. A very special appreciation for Mr. Saini and Mr. Mohan, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. They were attentive to every little detail and genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the Premium category, and the beautifully decorated room was an incredibly thoughtful touch, especially as I was celebrating my anniversary. But the highlight was the wonderful surprise arranged by the team — the delicious anniversary cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration even more special. The swimming pool was clean, well-maintained and a great place to relax. The culinary experience at Bandhan Restaurant was another highlight. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the Laal Maas was absolutely outstanding — easily one of the dishes I enjoyed the most during my stay. What impressed me most was not just the facilities, but the genuine effort the team made to create a memorable experience. These small but thoughtful gestures are what truly differentiate a good hotel from an exceptional one. Unfortunately, my stay was only for two days, and I honestly wished I could have stayed a few more nights. I left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Pride Amber Palace for making our anniversary so special and for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Without a doubt, Pride Amber Palace has given me one of my finest hotel experiences of 2026. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
