Enjoyed the stay. It was a great experience as the staff was polite and helpful and even the room ambience was great and comfortable

Everything were old and worn out. Carpet, towels, bed linen all so old, carpet and bed linen smells damp. I never stay in this Hilton again. Almost 6.7 times i stayed there before. This hotel really needs total renovation now.

A special mention goes to **Swati**, who has been supportive from the very first day of my stay. She consistently went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Her kindness and dedication reflect the high standards of hospitality at Hilton Jaipur. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service provided by the entire team. Their welcoming attitude and genuine care made my stay memorable. Room is little old and the room temperature was too low and cannot be adjusted by myself . phone was not working.

Very nice hotel at a very strategic location. I booked the same hotel twice on my way to Shimla and Kasouli. This was our stopover place before proceeding our journey.
