Radisson Blu Jaipur

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. I was given the wrong room despite my booking, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. To make matters worse, the bathroom had multiple leakages, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic to use. The overall maintenance was poor, and the staff did not resolve the issues satisfactorily. I expected much better service and facilities. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their room management and maintenance.

So far from the downtown. The hotel is old. They don’t have hair conditioner. They have shops in the hotel. One is next to the elevators. Every time you use the elevator, the owner or work of the shop will harass you to buy his stuff.

Everything didn't work in the room! The AC outlets didn't work. The Chair was broken. The Floor Drain was clogged making water overflow into the room while taking a shower. The sheets and pillow were dirty. It's such a waste because all the staff were lovely.

Radisson Blu Hotel Jaipur is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Asia & India 🇮🇳 Jaipur, GM Mr Surya took excellent care of me and my wife with all of my requests. He sent a full team to assist me in my travels daily, from picking me up to sending me to my best friends wedding, to meals to tourists spots like Amer fort, 💎 diamond city 🏙️ etc He sent me 💯 god sent, amazing driver, travelling guide, bodyguard Sam (Ghanshyam) for me for all my 5 days of travelling. It was my first time in Jaipur. His top suite which expands of 68m sqft is very impressive. I love the ensuite washroom, that has a place to store luggage and our wardrobe, the white marble ceramic tiles were outstandingly beautiful , I was told India 🇮🇳 top marble is this. The washroom and room was very inviting to stay, felt a lot like home. The breakfast and in room dining cooked excellent meals. We were so impressed, pleased and happy with the hotel, hotel staff, and the hotel spaciousness and top service. Thank you so much Mr Surya and his team. I captured top pictures of them here, they were united, kind, compassionate, respectful, amazing. Their service is 10/10. Extremely outstanding with meticulous detail. Took care of me everyday with top hospitality.

The entire entry experience is ruined by a lack of cleanliness. The walkways, lobby spaces, and corridors leading to the rooms are neglected and unkept. Worse, the common areas are plagued by a persistent, unpleasant stink that makes you want to turn around immediately.The Room: Way Below Brand StandardsI was allocated a room on the second floor, and it was a massive letdown. This room does not meet the basic quality, hygiene, or comfort standards that travelers expect from the Radisson brand worldwide. Everything felt run-down and poorly maintained.The Rooftop & Pool: Overrun by PigeonsThinking a morning stroll might save the experience, I went up to the rooftop pool area. It was an absolute nightmare. Pigeons have completely taken over the space. The entire pool area was filthy, and the overwhelming stench of bird droppings made it impossible to stay. It is a major health hazard and completely unusable.Final Verdict: Complete FleecingCharging ₹5,500 per night for a property in this shabby condition is nothing short of fleecing the customer. You are paying for a premium brand name but getting a sub-par, unhygienic lodge experience. Do not waste your money here.
