The room is okay, we can not say it was awesome but just okay. Room service is pathetic. I have to ask for everything to then like toiletries, towels, toilet paper was not there and i have asked them to provide the same 10 times but they didn’t provide it during my time there. There kitchen service was shut. So they provided breakfast by getting the same from outside vendors. The breakfast is not at all eatable. We have left everything as it is both the days. I will not go by ratings now onward s of such hotels.

Very bad service rooms are so dirty geyser isn’t working. Never suggest someone to stay here. Staff is too lazy.

It was good to stay for a night. I forgot my wallet at the hotel room, then they called me to remind me of that and i have picked up from them. I am grateful for that gesture.

Itni vahiyat room service mene aaj tak nahi dekhi and dirty bedsheet and blanket like washed last month… And i paid for a geyser available room but when i checked for bath there is no geyser in this room they give me a balti of hot water…and specially most insulting thing after room rent paid in advance ek single water bottle ke bhi 20 rupees alag se mangte h check out tak ka wait nahi kr skte… and they don’t have food, tea or evel water bottles and if u need it then they will provide from outside of hotel and if it cost only 10 rupees u have to pay this first then the provide u that thing…So worst worst hotel of my whole life…pls pls dont do this mistake everyone

Hotel is not up to mark. Location is ok but it is a very small hotel and not big heritage property as its name shows and as it’s shown. Staff performance is also very poor
