Well maintained property. Ambience is calm and cool. Great place to stay with family and friends. Hotel staff polite, they know how to treat guest. Food quality 👌🏻 and morning breakfast 😋 Very enjoyable stay we really enjoyed our stay thanks

Excellent hospitality and value for money . Courtious staff , breakfast spread is wide with special focus on Rajasthani breakfast menu . Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close to International Airport and Gandhi Nagar is the nearest railway station . Highly recommendable for your family stay

It was a pleasant stay. Hotel Ambiance is nice . They served us complimentary drinks. Service was a bit slow but it’s overall a good stay . They served tasty food . Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathtub was spacious. Staff was cooperative. It’s a nice stay .

We were told this was a 5 star hotel. Maybe 20 years ago. It’s okay but nothing special. On the plus side, the staff is great. Good service in the restaurant. Front desk responsive to issues, which were numerous. First room smelled like someone had just vomited. Second room had a bed with a bowl shaped mattress. They brought a new mattress which was very nice. The curtains are iffy, the toilet runs constantly and struggles to send stuff down. The vinyl floor is squeaky. The shower door doesn’t close so water comes out. No character. Okay place to sleep but annoyingly below average.

The stay is in this hotel is absolutely good Hospitality is much better than any hotels in Jaipur i like the stay in this hotel And would like to prefer that have to stay once a time The food in this hotel is also delicious And the services are veryyy muchh better.

A difficult experience in a hotel that claims to be luxury, when we found out that their pool was actually filthy, their filter system had been off without them knowing and no one in the hotel knew how to test the water. A genuine health risk and one you should check they have resolved before agreeing to stay there. The ***agers, sadly tried to hide the issue but be careful and if possible select another of the ***y ***y ***y Jaipur hotels. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and the rooms were fine although our remote control was out of batteries, the bed linen had holes in it, there were worrying marks on the side of the bed and room service was incredibly slow. A hotel that doesn’t really care about their clients as though know they will be off to another destination soon.

Over all experience is good but hotel food needs lots of improvement. Complementary breakfast and buffet dinner need lots of improvement to enhance the taste and hygiene. Breakfast food was cold and I find less staff during peak time. Waiting time is long and most of the time waiting for cutlery to start food. Everything is acceptable but need very good taste in food.

Stay was comfortable. Restaurant service is excellent. Staff in restaurant will provide you the food as per taste. Mr Balveer at restaurant is always available to serve you the food as per your taste. Will plan stay again in future if get a chance to visit Jaipur.

Everythings was OK. Just breakfast services was a little bit slow. Room view was OK. Good air condition, bath was Ok. I prefer to have waters as bottle but they use refill bottles for drinking water. But room service boys are kind and fasr. I apprecite them a lot.
