The property is really maintained well with modern amenities inspite of being quiet old.Really appreciate that.We were given a very pleasing traditional welcome by the front desk. The staff is very approachable . Especially the staff in the restaurant attends the guests with a friendly approach and their service is really quick. The food was good specially the bakery products were tasty. They willing alter the sweetness and saltiness in the food if required. The chef personally visits your table to find out if we liked the food. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a peaceful and pleasant stay in jaisalmer.

The hotel is big and clean. Lot of open space. Good view of jaiselmar city and the fort. Very calm and peacefull. Food is also decent and they arrange rajasthani cultural program in the evenings on the pool side. The staff was very courteous.highly recommended.

Good property. Good service & good food. Overall nice experience with family. Location Is good too. However there is no stay for driver so plan accordingly. Also the music and other festivities at night should have been longer rather than just for 2 hours.

Nice overall experience with the kids enjoying the max of their stay. The property is built on a large land giving you rooms that are large in size and had an authentic royal palace vibe. It had few recreational activities like chess and carom board always at your disposal. Also dont forget to click amazing pics.

We stayed here for 2 nights , of all our stayed this was our least favourite place , however the staff were excellent, The breakfast was limited and aimed at tourists , personally , I would have preferred Indian food , Not many were there so we had the pool to ourselves , that said I would prob stay again if in the area

We had a most memorable stay at the Rawal Kot. What made the stay truly special was the friendly and attentive staff. They really went out of their way to make us comfortable, even played volleyball and Holi with us, not to mention the fantastic picnic in an oasis in the desert. It felt like something out of a movie, with tables, chairs and music. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and we had the pleasure of enjoying the spring blooming with fraguant frangipani and colorful flowers everywhere. Our kids of 11 and 13 loved the pool. The food was excellent, specially the Rajasthani specialities. During every meal, the chef would come out to see if we enjoyed the food, which we really did. This was our family's first Holi celebration, and the staff made it truly special by arranging a great Holi feast in the back yard, where we all could play with colors, draw rangoli and enjoy Holi sweets. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the desert. We really enjoyed our stay and were greeted by the most welcoming hotel staff. They made us feel like Rawal Kot was our second home. The ambience is extremely relaxing, perfect for a long weekend getaway! Bharat ji, Chattar singh ji , Bhanwar singh ji, Raju ji, Khan Ji among others made us feel completely at home. Very very grateful for the absolutely delightful experience.

Thank you so much to all the people of RawalKot hotel for making our holiday most memorable. Every little detail and every guest taken special care of. You provided a most luxurious and yet simple and aesthetic ambience with the most wonderful well trained and professional hospitality team. Mr Raju, the super Chef served up amazing multi cuisine dishes, Mr Bharat, the manager and his fantastic team including ChatarSinghji, Bhawar Singhji, and all others really looked out for us and set up just the right itinerary for day trips including adventure and sightseeing ***** with an unforgettable sit down picnic at a village lake with Mr Ishaq Khan ( award winning artist who is also staff of the hotel for last 30 years) playing for us his melodious flute and making us realise the heritage that this hotel represents. The grand finale was a lovely Holi celebration with everyone at the hotel, made us feel like this was home. Thank you folks.

Lovely hotel. Nice view of the fort. The rooms are really nice with a private courtyard. Nice sized bathroom and a comfortable bed. The rooms are locked with a huge padlock which was a bit tricky for me as I have arthritic hands. The pool was a nice extra, although some of the floor tiles are missing so be careful, and we spent a pleasant afternoon there. They provide towels but the toilets were filled with mozzies, so watch out. The lunch was great and the service at the poolside restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was ok.
