Good: great hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms with nice views, great rooftop and pool, easy check in, delicious breakfast Bad: although saying to use towels more than one day for sustainability, they were exchanged everyday. Electric problems led to switching on the tv in middle of every night. They weren't able to fix that problem.

Strategic location with good environment, the room is spacious with sofas and working table and chair. The bed is very comfortable, love the orange white theme colour on almost all the items. The staff is friendly, from front desk to restaurant to room service crew. Very convenient as it link to mall, which is with variety of meal choices.

Stay for second time, got the same room and the best view to semanggi area. This hotel location is superb as you can find so much variety food in the mall. The breakfast at this hotel also good and the pastry is superb. But at this time, the water flow and temperature in the bathroom not stable. Some time the water is very2 hot. The enginering come to fix it, but it doesnt work. So have to be careful when take a bath in a shower.

I stayed on 16 February 2023, the first thing I liked was the fast checkin process and the staff was very friendly. The thing that I regret is after I checked-in and wanted to order some room service and it took so much time (very difficult to contact room service). After 15 minutes try to reached the room service and finally assisted by reception. After ordering, the food took so long to come to the room (more than 1 hour) and I had to go down to reception to make sure whether the food will be delivered or not. unfortunately when I approached the girl reception, she said the food would be delivered and I immediately went back to the room. Even when in the room there was no apology or anything. I'd better order via Gojek or Grab huh. Apart from that, at that time in room 717 one of the lights in the bedroom were also off and the soap in the bathroom was leaking, so you have to be careful if you want to go to the bathroom. Last but not least, there's no one of you who used a name tag, so I cant recognize each of you. Not highly recommended.

You get what you pay for so don't expect luxury. The check-in staff are exceptionally friendly. However, if your room is situated next to a generator (they might all be for the AC) then you'll have a repetitive noise that sounds like a car revving its engine all day and night. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't affect me but light sleepers should take note.

Meh hotel, but I suppose you get what you pay for. The room layout is weird, especially the shower and toilet cubicle, I don't understand why they can't just build a normal shower area. Aircond wasn't cool either, and the noise from the main street is annoying. In front of the hotel, every night, there's this people selling stuff gathering crowds which make access to the hotel feel a bit unsafe due to the crowd. In the end, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for.

I extended my stay to this hotel but in different room from executive room to superior room. In my view, there’s no difference for the size of the room and the interior. The executive room provided us with free minibar and snacks. This hotel provided various menu of breakfast. Outside of the hotel, u can easily find local foods.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to have a 170-day stay at the POP Hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, and the hotel had a great ambience. My heartfelt appreciation goes to him and the entire team at POP Hotel. Without their dedication, my prolonged stay would not have been as enjoyable.
