Where should I begin? Music - played loud in all areas all day, at times 2 different ones in the same area Smell - strong smell of freshener balls in public toilets (fyi, placing them does not kill the lack of hygiene, it makes it worth!!!); strong smell of sewage in bungalow bathroom Cleanliness - luxury clamping tent outdated, bathroom locks dirty as equipment is worn, hair on the bed and inside cushions; island cleaned daily but garbage piles and collected randomly; the toilet on the transfer boat was cleaner than on the island!!! Maintenance - it all looks run down and in poor condition (eg couldn’t lock toilet doors in main restaurant due to broken locks, glass doors were held together by scotch tape, and many more) Services - except from the front desk (at least they tried), absolutely appalling! Walk-in the restaurant around 6pm but no staff present, called but nothing, left after 5 min; day after walked in around 16:00, staff present but no one made an effort to take my order, walked out after 10 min; other restaurant ordered a beer and it was left standing on the counter for minutes with staff around, until I picked it up my self; there’s a WhatsApp chat with arrival information but at some point no one replies anymore; everyone is constantly on their phones, no one greets or acknowledges guests; there’s one fan on the restaurant where the staff sits, none for guest. Overall disappointing! Has a lot of potential but someone needs to make a bit of a effort, train staff, ensure hygiene and cleanliness is maintain, maintenance takes place. Will not return and can’t recommend. (Seems the first review under this name, check out ‘AllMare’ which is the restaurant and you get more comments).
