Nice hotel with reasonable price. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide selection. The go-to hotel when I have business trip in Jakarta.

Staffs were helpful. Location was great near to Grogol bus station. The room was very neat. Definitely staying here again if I got a business around Grogol

I upgraded to the suites type for access to the swimming pool, because the pool is inside another hotel (vertu) on the same building. The lobby is nice and artistic, the fitness center small, but clean and enough, because it is not so busy. I enjoy the stay because the location is close to the Pecenongan food district. The room is clean and cozy only the bathroom is a bit small. The suites are very nice, large, have a good view, but have the same bathroom size, but have a cool bathtub. It will be nice if the TV is a smart one so we can access Netflix. Overall I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

The hotel is very minimalistic, and several amenities are not provided, such as a toothbrush, kettle, cups, slippers, and a small fridge. The body wash comes in a packet instead of a dispenser, which is not very convenient. Some corners of the room were not cleaned thoroughly, and I was unable to change the air-conditioning mode. There was also no table or chair in the room, which made it difficult to eat takeaway meals. I understand that many of these choices are part of the hotel’s eco-friendly concept, which I appreciate, but I think future travelers should be aware of these points before booking.

Room and stay here was overall pleasant. Has a small mall in the same building with eateries and convenience store which is great. Realized I left an item behind in the room 3mins after getting into the taxi and after checkout. Quickly U-turned back and front desk staff Aurora helped me back up to the room to retrieve the left behind item.

Hotel is located in a quiet corner of the Menggarai Stasiun, where it is connected to Jakarta Airport by KA Bandaran and many routes on KAI komuter network. However, it took 15 min walk to the hotel from the stasiun, and there is nothing interesting for tourists to explore there. Only more of a transit or transport hub.

Happy to stay at POP hotel. The location is very convenient for me. Value for money. But not convenient the table area. No light to shine the table. Quiet dark for me to work. And also no power point at the table for me to charge my laptop.

For this trip, we had a group of 10 (adults and children), and we booked three two-bedroom apartments. I found the arrangement a bit inconvenient, as a car is essential for getting around; walking anywhere is quite a distance. There's a large supermarket and shopping mall nearby, roughly a 10-minute drive away if there's no traffic. The overall environment was quite pleasant. However, I found stains on the bed sheets, so I ended up using a set I had brought along myself. The hotel has a children's playground and a swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved and had a great time using.

We came there as a family for a short stay between Jakarta airport and a resort in Cisarua. We were amazed by the interior of the room & satisfied with the quality of breakfast. We had a chance to have dinner in Mall Kelapa Gading 5. We will come back again there as a family although we saw a lot of business people.
