First of all such a bad location, hard to get Uber over there , then bad hospitality,I was few hours late to check out they charged for whole day ,food is not bad but overpriced af

We stayed at this hotel just for one night. We were impressed by the facilities but unfortunately very disappointed because we forgot an item and the staff told us they could not find it, which was not true.

Excellent Stay at Golden Tulip Hotel, Jalandhar Our stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Jalandhar was absolutely fantastic. The staff and service were amazing from start to finish. A special thank you to Anil, Shiv, and Danesh the barman, as well as all the staff in the restaurant area and the hotel managers — their hospitality truly made our visit exceptional. We came as a large family, and every single one of us was well taken care of. The team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing about this place. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks for our wedding and were thoroughly impressed with the service throughout our time there. The staff were consistently helpful, courteous, and attentive to anything we needed. A particular note of appreciation goes to the manager, Naman, who played a key role in ensuring that everything ran smoothly. He was organized, responsive, and clearly committed to delivering excellent hospitality. His support made the entire experience significantly easier for us and our guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was very good, and the facilities were well maintained. Our guests also spoke highly of their stay, which meant a lot to us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone planning an important event or extended stay. Thanks again to Naman and the entire team for making our wedding visit a great success.

Hello All, We recently did our daughter's welcome party in Golden Tulip Hotel Jalandhar. We met Nikhil Sharma from the hotel staff and he explained every details of the venue and food and helped us choose the better options! He was very polite and professional including all the other hotel staff members. We really liked the arrangements and everything went smooth! Thanks to Golden Tulip staff, special thanks to Nikhil Sharma and Lalit! Highlight for us was the food, location , hotel property and staff's professional behaviour! We recommend Golden Tulip Hotel Jalandhar for any family events, corporate events etc to all!
