This was a last minute booking and we’re glad we made it. The staff was very nice. It just so happened that the night we were there they were having a music event. That was pretty cool. There was plenty of parking. The room itself was comfortable. We went to the breakfast buffet. That was $15 a person. There was plenty of food that was constantly being replaced as it emptied. The coffee was very tasty ( not bitter). We were given a cup of coffee to go. The hotel was quiet and clean.

Room was clean and quiet. Walkable to the Cherry Lounge for beer and wings. Easy free parking.Overall very satisfied.

The hotel and room itself were fantastic. The lack of vending machines and $4 water in the "store" felt a little greedy, as was advertising free wi-fi, only it's not free. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing cold and not enjoyable in the least.

We were delighted with this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel and our room were very clean, end it was very quiet. The parking was convenient, and we had a great view from our room. We were impressed with the set up of the restaurant and bar, the lounging area, and the pool. We will stay here again in the future.

We were in Jamestown to go to the Lucille Ball museum and National Comedy Center. The Doubletree is in walking distance to both and anything else we wanted to do. One local person told us to be cautious where we walked at night. We stayed on the main streets and I never saw anything that made me feel unsafe. There are some nice restaurants and bars downtown, including in the lobby of the Doubletree. The front desk clerk, Sarah, was very helpful when we checked in. She recommended places to go. The Doubletree was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

The staff at the front desk or nothing short of amazing. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The pillows would squish down and be flat as pancakes in less than five minutes laying on it. The breakfast buffet Way over priced. The restaurant staff were not very knowledgeable of the food they were serving. The service at the restaurant was not so good either.

Every thing great until I checked out, at 11AM. Front desk wasn't manned. I stood around for 5-10 minutes while staff located the missing manager.

The hotel staff was friendly, but in efficient. I pre-paid for breakfast and yet they still charged me an additional $30. I had to call and they said they would take it off my credit card, I have not seen that now, nor have I seen the refund of the $75 hold and it is a week later. The sheets were torn but usable. Bathroom was well stocked and clean. Restaurant had many offerings for breakfast and it is good deal if you pre-pay and they don’t charge you extra!
