Literally there was no lock for the washroom which is very basic. We stayed here for a couple of days along with my friends in which there was a woman in our group… and they said that they would fix it the next morning but it was a no show up case. And the room was smelly and we literally had to ask them twice for room fresherner. I get that there was a major accident in Jasper recently but this is the minimum what we expect when we book a hotel room.
This aside the other amenities that they provide like swimming pool , hot tub and sauna are all great and enjoyable peacefully.

The location is very appropriate, as you can walk easily around. The room was over our expectations.
The value for money is extra. We stayed only for two nights, but the hotel is adequate for longer stays, as well. Highly recommended!

But room noise is bad. If you take baby there, you should consider that problem.

Great value, 15-20 mins walking distance to town. Double queen with balcony slept 4 and the view was great. Only downsides were the bathrooms (bathtub had very disturbing rust) and we never had our room tidied. Overall, we would stay again.
