Microwave and fridge available in the room. The bedding was comfortable. The receptionist was very pleasant, but unfortunately overwhelmed because she was the only one to manage everything. The room assigned was not made up (not cleaned, bed not made, window open). Smell in the room. Toilet not flushing properly. Soundproofing non-existent. Window security lock broken. Long check-in because 4 people were checking in, 4 files with problems (reservation not found, heating problem in the room, business trip billing problem, room not made up...). A lot of traffic... (Customers coming and going?...). We did not feel confident, we seriously considered changing hotels. No goodwill gesture despite a catastrophic stay. We can make excuses about a "renovation in progress" but renovation or not, if there are management problems, having a brand new hotel will not solve anything.
