Aleph Boutique Hotel
"Excellent, I will definitely come again in the future."
Nirvana Hotel
"Amazing stay for couples far away from the city buz. Splendid retreat in nature. Hotel is super cozy feels like home. Rooms are modern but without TV. Idea is to spend more time in the lobby and outside. Staff are friendly and 5 star. I recommended for everyone."
Monoberge Hotel
"It's not worth staying in, expensive with bad stay The room was old, and the breakfast was very limited, but what was worse was the cleanliness of the room. When I came, i saw the bed not clean as if they had been used before, and they just only made and , The bathroom was very very small and there was nothing in it to hang clothes, so I had to put clothes on the wash basin, but When I came after cleaning the room, I saw that the someone from housekeeping destroyed 1 piece from my clothes by some cleaning agent while she was cleaning the room. I really had never faced such a problem before in another hotel. In the end, the room price is very expensive compared with what offer from the services and rooms and there is no view or anything special It does not deserve to be a 3-star hotel"
Sands Hotel
"Great Stay at Sands Hotel Very nice place with a very affordable price per night. It’s located very close to the beach, the souk, and the castle. The hotel offers a lovely view—especially if you book a higher floor. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and the castle right in front of you. The breakfast buffet isn’t huge, but it’s good and reasonably priced. The place is clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to Dany, the lady with blonde hair, and both Tonys for your great hospitality and warm welcome. I’ll definitely come again!"
Laklouk 1808 lodge by Hansa
Sea Valley
"Very friendly staff. Immaculate clean rooms, rooftop and bedding. Big one bedroom for a single traveler. Great deal & price. View and rooftop area is awesome. Had whole hotel to myself. Great for big groups."
Maximus Hotel Byblos
"I rarely write reviews unless it’s truly an experience not to be missed. I first discovered Maximus Hotel in 2021 during our honeymoon, and despite the challenges at the time, the hotel delivered a splendid stay. Four years later, we decided to return to this 5-star gem to relive that special memory—and it exceeded all our expectations. The cleanliness, attentiveness, professionalism, and overall value are unmatched. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel unique and appreciated. At the pool, Hend personally remade our drinks when we didn’t like the first ones—her kindness and care didn’t go unnoticed. We also booked the BBQ night and, while we were initially hesitant due to having our toddler with us, the evening turned out to be peaceful and elegant. The band played soft, soothing music, and the live cooking stations were a highlight, with staff eagerly encouraging us to try different dishes and explaining each one in detail. Hend came by during dinner to check on us and even asked how our toddler was doing—her genuine attentiveness made a big impression. Kevin also provided excellent service at our table, ensuring everything was smooth and enjoyable. At the dessert station, a lovely lady recommended the tiramisu, and I’m so glad I followed her advice—it was absolutely delicious. At breakfast, we were warmly welcomed by Paul and Andy, who were incredibly thoughtful and attentive to our toddler’s needs. Chef Paul went above and beyond, preparing unique dishes that made us feel truly special—he reminded us that luxury isn’t about fame but about heart and hospitality. A special shoutout to the manager, whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, but who passed by several times during our stay to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything—his presence and attention made a real difference. Also, a big thank-you to the reception team, who were friendly, efficient, and made the check-in and check-out experience seamless. In the end, it’s not the décor or the price that makes a place unforgettable—it’s the people behind it. The team at Maximus made our stay feel like home, and for that, we’re deeply grateful."
Byblostar Hotel
"the location of the hotel is very good close by the heart of the lovely city of byblos, the team are amazing they went above and beyond to assist me and my family, I was very impressed with the quality of the services we received. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The customer service at Byblostar is excellent. The owner of the hotel Mrs. Claire is a real model for a true leader knows how to motivate her team aiming to please her guests, we can feel her special touches and attention to details all over the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to all the guests that they are looking for a great clean room with excellent customer service"
