The hotel is decent—fairly new, clean rooms, strong air conditioning, and the breakfast, though simple, is quite ample. It's relatively close to the airport, but a bit far from downtown Tunis. However, I had booked two nights. On the first night, I arrived late and was told there was no record of my booking. They temporarily put me in a neighboring hotel with poorer conditions. After repeated confirmation, I finally checked into the booked hotel on the second night, only to find that the double room had become a single room. I had to communicate back and forth with Trip.com to resolve the issues. Management is quite chaotic—choose carefully.
