Location is ok, 30 min to the airport and 20 to the old city, within walking distance to a shopping mall. Furniture is a little bit outdated. Stuff is helpful

Nice hotel. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. The location is a little far from Jeddah's sights and activities, but the staff are kind and welcoming.

The room was great - large and clean, with everything. I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It should have been communicated before that it's not working. Otherwise a great option and his value in Jeddah!

The receptionist pulled his long face and not friendly at all, but the guy of the second day is nice. There is no chair and towel in the room. Overall, service is moderate and staying is ok!

Too old hotel bad location ,water in shower coming out to the area of washing sink ,the electricity in time I was checking in 7: PM is off until 8: 10 pm ,it was very hot in the front counter in loopy aera

Very friendly, welcomeing, helpful and professional staff. This hotel has got great potential to be a good 4* hotel. I like that there was a Sauidi coffee to try for free when you enter the hotel with some delicious dates. Room was big and clean. Breakfast OK. Swimming pool and Gym OK- there are separate days for men and other days for women. Location is a bit far from centre 15 min by car. Afew things should be looked at: I have booked a nonsmoking room. Check-in was quick but I was given a smoking room with no working telephone nor working air-conditioning. I went down stairs and receptionist did her best to find a nonsmoking one. But, I had to check in too late and around 16:10 I managed to get into my room. There were no towels in room and I had again to chase this. Telephone did not work again and this didn't bother me. Cleaning room: cleaner did not come during my three nights stay but this was a big deal for me.
