Ibis Jeddah City Center

The hotel's breakfast and dinner were both very good and filling. The only downside was that the room was a bit small. There are convenience stores, shopping malls, and restaurants nearby, so the overall location is quite convenient.

The room was a bit old and had a slight odor.

The hotel is wonderful and exceptionally clean, but the service is incredibly slow, especially during check-in. There's only one bellhop, and considering the size of the hotel, he can't possibly cover everything, which leads to delays when you're checking in or out. I hope the hotel addresses its service delivery.

We stayed at the Ibis hotel for 2 days after our cruise to see the city. The hotel is good, and the breakfasts are very delicious. There's a pool, which we really liked. You can't go out until the evening, so relaxing by the pool was perfect. It's hard to rate the location. The city itself isn't really designed for tourists; the distances between attractions are large. Luckily, taxis aren't expensive. When choosing the hotel, I focused on its proximity to the airport. I really liked the local people and their willingness to help. If we decide to visit the city again, it will be at a different time of year. Late September is too hot.

The location is quite good, with a standalone building close to all the attractions. The breakfast is exceptionally rich and there are many dining options nearby. Plus, there's a supermarket next door which is convenient for shopping.
