Joudyan Red Sea Mall Jeddah by Elaf

A phenomenal experience from start to finish! Joudyan by Elaf offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. Being able to walk straight into the Red Sea Mall was incredibly easy, and coming back to a quiet, impeccably clean room was a treat. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel amenities are excellent across the board. The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Anouar and Ms. Fatima. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is outstanding. They were always available, incredibly polite, and anticipated our needs before we even asked. Thank you to them and the whole team for a wonderful getaway!

Unfortunately, Joudyan Red Sea Mall was quite disappointing and, in my opinion, very overrated. The prices are far too high compared to the level of service and overall experience provided. The service was not up to the standard you would expect from a hotel in this price range, and the stay simply did not feel worth the amount paid. For the price, I expected much better service, attention to guests, and an overall higher standard. There are definitely better options in Jeddah that offer much better value for money. However, I would like to specifically mention an employee named Shaheek, who was exceptionally kind, cooperative, and helpful. He genuinely made an effort to assist us and was one of the positive aspects of our experience. Unfortunately, despite his excellent service, the overall hotel experience did not meet my expectations, and I personally would not choose to stay here again.

Very disappointing experience. In my opinion, Joudyan Red Sea Mall is extremely overrated and seriously overpriced for the level of service and accommodation it provides. From the moment I arrived, the experience was poor. There was no one to welcome me or assist with my luggage. My driver had to unload the bags from the car, and I then had to carry them into the hotel myself because there was simply no one available to help. There was only one person at reception, which is honestly not what you expect from a hotel charging these rates. The room was also very small, especially considering the price. On top of that, the fragrance used throughout the hotel was extremely strong and overwhelming to the point that it was actually uncomfortable. Overall, the price is completely unjustified. The rooms, service, and overall experience simply do not match what they are charging. I genuinely do not think this hotel is worth the money at all, and I would definitely not stay here again. The only positive part of my experience was a staff member named Al-Shehaik, who was genuinely helpful, attentive, and willing to assist. He was the only person who made an effort to provide good service, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, apart from him, the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not return or recommend this hotel based on my stay.

We were returning guests at the Hotel having stayed there last year. We had an issue with the first room which we raised with the reception and the Manager promptly changed our room and upgraded us. Staff are very polite and helpful and ftaim at front desk was attentive. Housekeeping staff have the potential to raise their bar.

Wonderful experience

I just wanted a quiet place to relax, but I did not get that. There were a lot of families with lots of children running around, and even in my room I couldn’t sleep at night because I could hear the children in the room next door screaming. The hotel couldn’t move me because they were full. I don’t understand why the rooms aren’t sound isolated for the price we are paying. The pool area was also constantly having kids running around. I was also disappointed that I had to cover up at the pool. All my Saudi friends told me in fancy hotels you can wear bikini so was very disappointed that I had to cover up, The food - I had a club sandwich that was awful, and I payed 75 SAR so I was very disappointed in the taste and quality of those ingredients. However the other meals especially dinner and deserts were very good. The Spa area when I went didn’t have anyone to help me.

Perfect location for Motorsports Events. Staff is very professionell and helpful - kudos to Hussein who made our departure easy and efficient.
