The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah

From the moment you arrive, this exceptional hotel elevates luxury to the next level. The interior architecture is stunning, featuring premium marble floors, intricately designed walls, and majestic pillars. Each floor boasts its own unique vibe, transitioning beautifully with distinct themes, custom carpets, and magnificent chandeliers. The ground floor truly tells its own design story. A standout feature is Reyhana; the dining lobby is an architectural marvel that feels entirely like a designer palace. As expected from a premium property, the service is of impeccable quality. Booked this hotel because of the name Ritz but it didn’t meet the expectation. The property’s condition may need more renovating work.

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Jeddah. As a world traveler who has visited 155 countries and always chooses the best possible hotels in every city, I can honestly say that the Ritz-Carlton Jeddah is at the very top of my list. The experience here is too good to describe in words. The lobby, the rooms, and the location—everything was excellent. But the highlight of my stay was the warm welcome I received from two outstanding professionals there. In the morning, Miss Bayader Abdullah guided me through everything with great expertise; she was extremely knowledgeable about all things Saudi Arabia. Later in the afternoon, Miss Yasmine Mohammed took care of everything I needed and she was also so knowledgeable about the entire country. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request I had. In the evenings, when I returned to my room, I would find the most delightful treats—chocolates, baklava, macarons, and so much more. One day Yasmine would send me something, and the next day Bayader would. Even after I left the hotel, when I needed some information, they were more than happy to continue helping me. They welcomed me so warmly that my stay felt more like a luxury home than a hotel. I have already recommended this hotel to many family members and friends, and those who have stayed there rave about the service, the elegant atmosphere, and the outstanding rooms. The amenities were simply the best. I keep recommending this hotel to everyone.

An excellent stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah. The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, with everything well maintained. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious and relaxing. Definitely a memorable experience, and I would love to stay here again.

The service exceeded expectations in some areas but fell short in others. What exceeded expectations: Room change request and check out flexibility met. What fell short: Upon room change, there were no slippers provided. A request for breakfast box for one morning (my rate included breakfast) was not followed through, neither an ok nor a no was given. Waiters on final day breakfast were slower than usual to serve coffee and tea. Suggestion: For security reasons, it may better for hotel to acquire a robot to carry food delivery (eg Hunger Station) orders to the room instead of letting the rider deliver directly to room.
