great experience, friendly staff (thanks faisal!), comfortable room. just surprised there is no pool

The service exceeded expectations in some areas but fell short in others. What exceeded expectations: Room change request and check out flexibility met. What fell short: Upon room change, there were no slippers provided. A request for breakfast box for one morning (my rate included breakfast) was not followed through, neither an ok nor a no was given. Waiters on final day breakfast were slower than usual to serve coffee and tea. Suggestion: For security reasons, it may better for hotel to acquire a robot to carry food delivery (eg Hunger Station) orders to the room instead of letting the rider deliver directly to room.

My overall stay at the hotel was very good, and the suite I moved to was excellent and worth every cent. I appreciate the staff’s cooperation with the room change. However, I do have a comment regarding housekeeping. The room was only cleaned when I called, and even then, the service took quite a long time to arrive. I hope the response time for housekeeping can be improved in the future, as it’s an important part of the guest experience.

This was our first stay in Jeddah, and the level of service at this hotel far exceeded our expectations. They treated us as family, gave us tours of the huge hotel and the Corniche. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a fruit basket. The lobby is incredible with live music in the evenings. The restaurant may be a little over priced but with will prepared food and wonderful service. The live band was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room had nice amenities. The shower had low pressure and odd temperature settings. Overall, one of our favorite stays. We will be back. I wouldn't consider staying at a different hotel. This felt like home.

100 % always a place to stay!

We booked 2 rooms last minute before heading to Jeddah. Everything was perfect The staff were very helpful and the price was excellent. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed, I believe for maintenance.

Incredibly comfortable, definitely the right choice! It's very close to the beach, and there are plenty of stray cats around. Nights out were very relaxing, and coming back to the hotel felt incredibly cozy and welcoming. I'm definitely making this Ritz-Carlton my go-to spot for future stays.

The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah carries a big name, but unfortunately the experience does not match the reputation. The reception staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming. The service quality was disappointing and far below what is expected from a luxury hotel. Hospitality should be a priority in a five-star property, but sadly, that was not my experience. I expected excellence, but I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

IT'S REALY GREAT AND THIS IS SECOND TIME TO BE HERE. RELAX AND ENJOY. VERY CLOSE TO THE SEA AND BEAUTIFUL VIEWS.

Could be the worst Ritz Carlton u can find.  Especially for ladies.  The gym and Spa are available for men only.  so if you wanna swim, you have to travel really far to a private beach club near the airport.
