The room type is a duplex loft, and the upstairs space is a bit small. The bathroom's waterproofing is average; showering upstairs easily causes leaks into the downstairs bathroom, so it's recommended to wash up downstairs if possible. The hotel provides Chinese-speaking customer service, and their response speed is quick. Most of the front desk staff use Korean, and their service attitude is a bit indifferent. The swimming pool is an outdoor pool on the third-floor terrace, and the water temperature is quite cool given the current weather. The washroom is not very spacious. The buffet dinner is overpriced, with limited food choices, though the taste is acceptable. There are no convenience stores or restaurants around the hotel, but Uber response times are very fast, making transportation fairly convenient.

The service was excellent. The food might not quite live up to the price, but the view definitely makes up for it.

The staff are attentive and friendly, always patiently helping with any issues. The pool is clean and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast offers a rich variety of options and tastes good, leaving you feeling satisfied. Overall, the stay was superb, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Jeju! The air is incredibly fresh, and the front desk staff, both male and female, are really good-looking!

Both the room and the views outside are absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing getaway and a breath of fresh air. The hygiene was excellent, and both the room service and buffet were delicious. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

It was a relaxing one-night stay, enjoying the sounds of nature and the scenery. We really enjoyed a peaceful getaway just for ourselves. The changing scenery throughout our stay was also captivating. Next time, I'd love to try the buffet.

The ingredients were fresh, and the beef had the same quality and taste as what I've experienced in Europe and the US. 4. The bathroom facilities are great, and the hotel provides Bulgari toiletries, which was a nice touch. 5. The staff were very kind, prompt, and friendly. Many locals also vacation at this hotel (evidenced by the number of local cars). Overall, the hotel felt like a second home to me. I will definitely stay at Amber Pure Hill Hotel again if I return.
