I had such a great experience staying here with friends before, that I decided to come back with my family this time 😊. And just as I thought, it was a fantastic stay from beginning to end, proving it was a good decision to return. The female staff member who helped me check in really stands out in my memory. I needed some disposable cutlery during my stay and, coincidentally, the same staff member who assisted me at check-in helped me again. She was incredibly kind and pleasant both times, and I'm very grateful for her help. All the other staff members were also friendly, making my entire stay very comfortable. The swimming pool, as expected, was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is even better when you're actually in it, and the time spent swimming with my family became a particularly happy memory from this trip. I was so satisfied again this time that I plan to visit again soon 😊. It's a place that consistently creates good memories for me, so whenever I want a relaxing break in Jeju, this hotel will naturally come to mind. ❤️

Guests staying on the second floor have to take the elevator and then carry their luggage up a flight of stairs, which is a bit inconvenient. The heating in the room was very warm. The pool is large and comfortable, but it closes at night.

This hotel is perfect for a family summer vacation, especially for water activities. The swimming pool facilities are great, and having a room directly connected to it on the first floor is a big plus. Its location is also convenient, being close to Jeju city center and Aewol Coastal Road. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing. On the first day, the shower drain was clogged. Even after requesting cleaning for our extended stay, the drain got clogged again quickly, and the room cleaning felt like they only emptied the trash. In particular, the towels had a strong odor, so much so that as soon as they got wet, they had to go straight into the laundry bin. On the other hand, their response to issues was incredibly fast, which was great. If you send a message through the monitor in the room, they resolve it right away.

This hotel is really great! We stayed in a room with a private pool, and there's also a big main pool outside that you can splash around in. Honestly, the small private pool was already plenty for us to enjoy. Our room accommodated four people, and everyone had a large bed, which was a huge plus. There are also two good restaurants nearby. One serves coffee, brunch, and some Korean specialties. The other offers Korean seafood noodles and Jajangmyeon, both of which were delicious. The value for money here is also quite high. To get to the beach in Aewol, you'll need to take a taxi, but it's only about a 10-15 minute ride, so it's super convenient. If you want to go to Seogwipo, it's about 20-something minutes, so nothing is too far away. Plus, there's a staff member who speaks Chinese! You can add them on WeChat when you arrive and easily request services like refilling water or changing towels daily through the app.

The resort is clean and the heated pool is excellent. The food is also delicious. However, the location is on a hillside, so driving can be difficult in winter when it snows and is cold.

The cleanliness was exceptional, and I was very satisfied with the service.

My partner and I both found our stay very comfortable! It was super clean! The receptionist was so kind and even helped us call a taxi. There were also Chinese-speaking staff, which made communication very easy. We came in late October, and it was about 10-15°C outside, but the swimming pool was heated 🥺 I really regretted not bringing a swimsuit. An Uber to Lotte or the airport would probably cost around 60-70 RMB, which isn't too bad, so it's not really out of the way. There's also a hidden gem of a small shop nearby that's beautiful and serves delicious food! Highly recommend!

Stayed for two nights. The first night, I came back quite late and found used beer bottles on the private patio table between my room and the public pool, and the seating had clearly been moved. My room had a simple keypad lock and no additional security latch inside. Around 8 AM, someone entered the code and opened my door directly. Before I could even see if it was staff or another guest, they just said 'sorry' and closed the door, then left. I can only say there's absolutely no privacy, and the security is extremely poor.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the outdoor pool was heated. However, the location is a bit remote, so you have to drive a ways to go out for dinner at night.
