The facilities are outdated, much like a guesthouse in China. The showerhead wasn't great, but the location is excellent. It's just a 5-minute walk to Baojian Road and a 10-minute walk to the duty-free shop. You can get everywhere on foot.

After a long journey, I found so much comfort and relaxation here. The room's decor was simple yet cozy, and the front desk staff, especially Tuan Wen, was gentle, polite, and very efficient. The quiet environment was perfect for resting. I honestly feel this place offers excellent value for money.

I booked it before leaving for Jeju. It was only about 15 minutes from the airport, and since it was close to downtown, it was convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and exploring food spots. Also, buses to different parts of Jeju departed from the central area nearby, so it felt very affordable and convenient for seeing many places. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and really nice.

The room was quite spacious and came with a fridge. The lobby was large, featuring massage chairs, complimentary hot and cold beverages, and sofas. The location is excellent; it's very convenient to walk to Jeju's Baojian Road commercial street and the Grand Hyatt area. It's also only about a ten-minute drive from the airport, and public transportation is easily accessible. They offer luggage storage (either in the lobby or a designated area behind the check-in counter, which seemed secure with surveillance). The only downside: they messed up our reservation. We arrived late at night to find no room available. It took us a long time to sort it out with Ctrip, and the front desk even had to contact the owner, who then had to verify everything. This ordeal took over half an hour. Ultimately, we stayed for one night, but couldn't extend our stay as the hotel was fully booked, so we had to switch to another hotel.

Great, I'll definitely consider staying here again in the future. For those thinking about it, don't hesitate – it's really good value for money!

Old hotel but for one night is ok

The soundproofing in the room was really poor. I arrived at the hotel quite late, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. Because I got in so late, I was hoping to sleep in a bit, but I was woken up early by the sound of hairdryers and vacuum cleaners from nearby rooms.

Facilities: The first-floor lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, and also features a microwave, massage chairs, computers, and a water dispenser. However, the water dispenser wasn't working when I visited, but it didn't impact my trip. There's a dining area on the basement level, but I didn't get a chance to go. Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. I saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms in the hallway every day. Environment: The hotel's internal environment is excellent. There's a convenience store right outside, and a very interesting park behind the hotel where you can climb a small hill. If you want to shop, it's also very close to the duty-free shop. The supermarket is a bit further, about 2-3 kilometers. There's a bus stop within 500 meters of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. Service: They offered a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to Jeju Airport, which was absolutely fantastic! My only minor issue was one morning around 7 AM when the hallway was very noisy. It sounded like a local tour group was departing or hotel staff were chatting; I couldn't understand what they were saying.

Facilities: Clean, spacious, and some room types even come with a refrigerator. Service: Attentive, prompt, and friendly.

It's good, really good. The location is great, and the air conditioning works perfectly.

It was ok. We needed to stay close to airport. That's why we chose this hotel.
