Best Western Jeju Hotel

This hotel was much better than I expected! There's a convenience store downstairs, and it's super easy to get around and buy things nearby – everything is within walking distance. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom sink area. The lighting there was perfect for doing makeup! I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room is quite spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a small entryway. It's really good, and I'd recommend it to friends next time. There are plenty of amenities, the hotel air conditioning works well, and the curtains effectively block out light.

## Facilities: Downstairs, there's a gym, business center, convenience store, and Starbucks. A self-service laundry is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I even grabbed coffee two days in a row from Flat 4 Coffee, right across the street from the hotel's main entrance. ## Hygiene: I stayed for four nights, and my room was cleaned daily. It was always a pleasure to return to a clean and tidy room. ## Location: Strategically located in the city center, Shilla Duty Free, Lotte Duty Free, and Baojian Street are all within walking distance. It's only a 10-minute drive to the airport, and Dongmun Market and Chilseong-ro are a 15-minute drive away. ## Service: The only drawback was the front desk staff, who almost consistently lacked smiles and seemed rather unfriendly, even a bit grim. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Absolutely fantastic! I stayed here with friends this time. The hotel was very clean. Upon check-in, we even received a voucher for the convenience store downstairs. The guy at the front desk spoke Chinese, and we didn't need any adapters in the hotel, which was super convenient. The room was also quite spacious.

We chose this hotel for our family trip. The front desk staff's attitude was decent, not as bad as I'd imagined. However, the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable—too soft. The breakfast was okay.
