Palace Hotel Jeju Reviews

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport which makes it really convenient for short stays like mine! The bus stations were also mostly less than 10min away which made traveling accross the island very pleasant 🤭 I look forward staying there again in a future stay to Jeju 🫶🏻

The housekeeper came to my room sharp 11am to start cleaning my room even though l had not checked out. The reception service is very bad as well. Very unprofessional

Strategically Good Location near airport. Easy to find the hotel. And good thing it's 24hrs front desk so you don't need to worry about late checking in. Will surely book again.

I did not have a pleasant stay at Jeju Palace hotel. Location - Good Bathroom/WC - it’s meant for 3 pax but bathroom/WC is combined so can’t share. After someone baths, the entire toilets gets wet coz there is no separation between bath area and WC. Gym/Sauna - On the website it’s stated as available facilities in the hotel. However, we only found out it’s payable when we wanted to use. Misleading. Parking - Unalike advertised, there are very limited parking lots - first come first serve basis. Need to park across the street from 6 pm to 9 am. Hence, I had to move our rented car up and down daily. Quite troublesome.  Check-out - Staff did not allow late check-out. I had to leave at 11 AM sharp else for every hour of late checkout, we would have incurred 10k KRW. Very unreasonable and inflexible. All in all, I was looking for a decent hotel, with parking, gym and a little late check out. Most hotels give 1-2 hrs of late checkout out.

Did not try the food as it was a simple buffet catering more for Asians, there was no egg station in sight or even a bread corner for bred lovers.

A little bit old. But still ok. Quiet at night. Near ocean suites hotel the one day tour pick up point.

This hotel is cheaper than others in average. When I searched for 4 stars hotel, this hotel pop up but it doesn't look like 4 stars at all. I would give 3 stars. The front desk staffs dont speak English at all. I had to use language translate app for communication.

2 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.

Nyce hotel , not too far from the airport probably 30mins drive. Centrally located in old jeju, close to the shopping areas and if you are booking tours then the pick up point is close to this hotel.

Location is perfect if you want to be close to shopping area , airport and restaurants. It’s a little old but that’s fine. For the price the location is great.

Overall great experience with location, views, but need improvement on amenity kit

Good space and location. Was realy tired from red eye flight and it provided a great place to rest.
