The hotel is just across Sazae Beach, a 3-minute walk away. Downstairs, there are fried chicken, coffee shops, and convenience stores, making it very convenient overall. The hotel facilities and environment are average, but it offers good value for money. The nearby coffee shops are really great~

The hotel's location is great, right across from the beach, which is super convenient. There's also a convenience store and fried chicken joint downstairs. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old. Plus, it's a semi-self-service hotel, so the front desk is often unstaffed, which made check-in a bit tricky.

The bed mattress (if you can call it a mattress) were very hard and had a higher inclination at your feet. Found bunch of hair when checking in. Front desk personnel is non existent, its self check-in that didn't work, had to wait for the owner to come down to give me the key. We were two she only had one key for us. Very old appliances and furnitures in the room. Phone didn't work. The level level of cleanliness was very low. Restrooms had bunch of mold and dirt.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Spring Hotel! The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking at the ocean every morning was unforgettable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, with beautiful scenery and convenient access to nearby attractions. Check-in was easy, and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on our next trip to Jeju. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Fellow travelers, I highly recommend this hotel! It's just across the road from the beach. There are plenty of supermarkets downstairs, making shopping and dining super convenient! ⚠️ There's a sand rinse shower by the hotel's side entrance! Remember to rinse off the sand there before heading into the lobby after your beach trip. The front desk uncle is gentle and friendly, definitely a plus! And the 7th-floor terrace is free to use!

Location was super convenient - across the street from the beach and 2 convenience stores nearby. Check in is not always staffed, the self check-in machine doesn't work so had to wait for someone to come.

After spending twelve days in Jeju and staying at seven or eight different hotels, this was by far the worst value for money. Here are a few issues: 1. The room size was falsely advertised; it claimed 49sqm but was actually only 30sqm. 2. The cleanliness was subpar. There was dust everywhere on visible surfaces. My young child walked barefoot for just a few steps and their feet were completely filthy. 3. Upon arrival, the sink was already clogged, and water was leaking from the pipe underneath, making a mess on the floor. Since it was self-check-in, there was no housekeeping service at all, making it feel more like a hostel. 4. The light switches were inconveniently located by the entrance, far from the bed. I've never seen such an inconvenient design. 5. Maintenance was clearly lacking; there were signs of water leaks, bubbling paint, and rust marks on the walls everywhere. After ten nights in Jeju, this was the worst experience and the worst value for money I had. It was even worse than a B&B I stayed in for 289 (currency not specified). On the plus side: Perhaps its only advantage is its location, right next to Hyeopjae Beach, with plenty of commercial facilities nearby. The large floor-to-ceiling window offered a nice ocean view. Surprisingly, it even had a smart toilet, and the hotel hallway environment was quite good. Check-in was entirely self-service using a machine.

The location is fantastic, and the gentleman at the front desk was very kind. This is a great hotel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. Its beachfront location is perfect for couples on a romantic getaway. We had an amazing time, truly ideal for a vacation!

Best sunset view from roof top and room. No staff in the lobby. We get help from other local guest to call for help for AC. Good location and beautiful beaches with black rock
