Uni Hotel Jeju

The room is spacious, and the surrounding environment is excellent. There's a large lawn in the courtyard with small tables and chairs, and a swing perfect for photos. The giant decoration at the entrance is quite eye-catching. A cafe is located right at the entrance, offering delicious bread and a variety of drinks. Personally, I think the bread is better than the drinks. The window seats offer a view of the coastline, but it can get a bit hot with direct sunlight, so choose your seat carefully. On the other side, there's a tropical rainforest-themed area with a unique and distinct ambiance.

Chinese people don't deceive Chinese people – there's almost no service here. On the first day, the air conditioning was controlled by the front desk, there were no tissues, and no disposable slippers. The hotel is full of various fines and restrictions, making us feel inferior. Ugh, I had to use toilet paper to wipe myself for a whole day. Truly speechless. The towels were also very old and worn out. Oh well. The only good thing is that the sunset from the entrance is quite nice.

The hotel's overall environment is quite good, and the palm trees make for great photos. However, the interior of the hotel is a bit dated, though it's still well-maintained. The moderate price and large rooms are a plus, making it ideal for groups. This is my second stay here. There's a popular cafe nearby, as well as a hairtail fish restaurant recommended by Zhang Ziyi. It's also right on one of the Olle trails, so a stroll along the boardwalk in the evening, enjoying the sea breeze, is lovely.

I booked this hotel last minute for about 500+ RMB a night. It's about a 15-minute drive from Aewol Cafe Street, costing around 9,300 Korean Won. The overall facilities and environment are decent, but don't expect too much. The smart toilet's remote control buttons were broken, and there's not much to say about the service. When the sun isn't too strong, you can take a walk along the nearby coastline; the scenery is quite nice.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay. The front desk staff speak English, and there are many restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. My kids and I loved the food, especially a black pork restaurant that even had Chinese-speaking staff, which was fantastic! Our room had an ocean view, which was lovely. It would be even better if the pool on top of the family rooms could be reopened and utilized again.

I made a last-minute decision to go to Jeju Island, so I picked this hotel blindly, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. Location & Environment: Since Jeju Island isn't very big and the airport is in the city, the hotel isn't super close, but it's only about a 20-minute taxi ride away. Facing the sea, the overall vibe is like a Southeast Asian resort, decorated like a vibrant garden. The hotel even has a small horse ranch and a beautiful sunflower garden. A morning stroll along the seaside offers great views, and I unexpectedly found several popular spots nearby. A trendy coffee shop is even closer, right next door to the hotel, and there's a hairtail fish restaurant nearby too. Facilities & Service: The facilities are a bit dated, but they are very well-maintained and clean. We arrived quite late that day, and an elderly gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming. There was a small hiccup when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioning in our room, despite trying for a while. We went down to the front desk, and it turned out the gentleman needed to activate a master switch for us, which he did successfully. The hotel wasn't very busy during our stay, which made it feel very relaxing. Breakfast was a standard buffet with Korean options.
