A family of three with a three-year-old child. Upon check-in, we were told that a double room couldn't accommodate three people and we'd have to pay extra to upgrade to a triple room. Just a heads up for any families of three planning to book! **Facilities:** The sky garden is quite nice, and you can smoke there. **Hygiene:** The hygiene details were pretty good. **Environment:** It's quite close to the pedestrian street, and there are many public transport routes nearby, making it convenient to get around.

The room was very clean and spacious, with plenty of dining options nearby. Getting a taxi was also very convenient, and it was close to shopping. Overall, everything was great, and the price was affordable. For a summer vacation, this price offers really good value for money.

The carpark is kindly small but the staff is friendly and guide us while parking. The room is clean but there is no chair and desk which is kind of inconvenient as there have no space to put things. There has a convenience store right next to the hotel.

The environment was decent, and it was clean. While it's tucked away in a small alley and a bit of a walk from the main road, the area has plenty of convenience stores and various snack shops. Plus, it's quite quiet.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been. Room was so dirty. And after 3 days of cleaning, they didn’t clean the floor. And the worst thing was the service of the front desk. The man’s attitude in the front desk was awful.

Perfectly clean. The room we stayed in was small and just big enough for two beds so really just a place to sleep.

good location. We can walk to bus stop, duty free shop and bbq pork restaurant within 10 minutes. The sakura outside our hotel is beautiful. We enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Room was definitely on the smaller end but it was cozy. Toilet bowl and bath area is separate , comes with 2 bottles of water. Location is quite convenient with 8 mins walk to the nearest shopping street with plenty of food options

Perhaps it was the off-season, but 260 HKD a night was an absolute bargain, and the facilities were great.

The hygiene and service were both excellent. I'd highly recommend staying here when visiting Jeju Island. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. It's just over a ten-minute walk to the two duty-free shops on Baojian Road, and there's a pedestrian street perfect for a stroll. On our last day, we ran out of Korean Won and couldn't book a taxi through any app. A wonderful gentleman at the front desk (an 'uncle' figure) was incredibly kind; he exchanged his personal Korean Won for our RMB so we could pay for our taxi. What's more, he could communicate in Chinese, which was a huge plus. As a first-time visitor to Jeju Island, I was truly grateful for his help. He was an absolute lifesaver, especially with our early morning flight! I'd definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers. The accommodation price was also very reasonable, even in July.

Facilities: Quite basic, just essential amenities. Cleanliness: Generally tidy, but the room had a slightly musty smell. Location: It's on a hill, but not too far from the bus stop. Service: Decent. The Wi-Fi wasn't working during check-in, but the front desk quickly arranged for someone to fix it, and they were quite efficient.

The room wasn't very spacious, but overall it offered good value for money. The location is very convenient. We arrived late on a night flight, and there was someone at the front desk. Nearby, there was a delicious late-night fried chicken place, very popular with locals. Convenience stores and pharmacies are also easily accessible. Public transportation is very convenient as well.
