This stay was a truly delightful surprise, from check-in to check-out, it was comfortable the whole way through. It's located right on Baojian Road, which is super convenient for both Shilla and Lotte duty-free shops.

Conveniently located in the Jeju new town. Equipped with a kitchen, microwave and washing machine, it’s a very good place short and long term stay.

Decently sized serviced apartment for two. The washing machine was useful. But the toilet has several exposed wires, especially near the mirror area, that look dangerous.

Reception staff is not friendly and not interested in her work . Cleaning need to be paid if want to clean the room Amenities like bath towel only provided upon arrival. Requested for bath towel , only provided face towel. Anyway , location is great that to be convenient.

The stay was good. Apartment is very big and has everything you need. Self check in is good. However, the walls are very thin (could hear the neighbours phone alarm through the walls). And the toilet would make a constant ringing, which we did end up fixing. All in all, great location, comfortable apartment, a few flaws

The apartment's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Staff were also helpful during check-in.

Right in Nuwemaru Street with plenty of food choices available. 7-eleven is also directly opposite. Easy check in and free lockers for luggage storage. Room is clean and exactly like what you see in the picture. Highly recommend for solos!

The duvet and towels didn't look very clean, but everything else was fine.

Nice view and convenient. If I could receive check in email with password details, before or around 3 pm on check in date but not sending email for asking staff instead would be great! Thanks for arranging high floor and no tail room :)
