[EXTREME AVOIDANCE] The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, hands down! I was so looking forward to my trip, but this hotel completely ruined it. Everything was terrible, the service was appalling, the hygiene was unbelievably bad, and none of the facilities worked!
1. No rooms available late at night, and they rudely turned us away. We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM in the snow, and the front desk flat-out told us that the two king-size rooms we had booked for three nights each were gone. They offered us twin rooms instead. We refused (because twin rooms are cheaper!), and the front desk staff, who sounded like they were from Northeast China, actually told us to go find another hotel.
