Sally's Jeju

This hotel is located within an hour from the airport - which is pretty close! The room was spacious and clean, the sea view is fantastic! I arrived before 3 PM and could leave my luggage in the front desk~ The pool is opened 4 PM - 9 PM, and it is heated! Will definitely save for my next trip to Jeju~

The reception lady there was nice and helpful when we were there. Unfortunately, we just met her one morning for our six day stay. The sea view room is very nice.

I stayed there for 2 nights, the room is quiet and I enjoyed my stay much. The facilitate is old, but all is enough including floor warmer, warm swimming pool. The distance with the sightseeing spots are not closed. If you drive your car, it should not be any problem. With this price, you cannot ask for more. Only I suggest the hotel can allow a flexibility to customer for check in n check out time. Not every thing must be counted in terms of money. The remarkable view is the room and the pool where you see the sunset if the weather is good that I didn’t expect of it.

If not for several issues, this would have been a 5-star stay. Check-in was smooth, but problems arose with cleanliness and staff communication. After returning to our room around 10 p.m., we noticed multiple dark stains on the bedsheets and visible mold on the shower head. When reported to the night receptionist, he was dismissive, stating the stains were normal, washed, and present in all rooms. He also said shower heads are not cleaned unless guests complain. We were told to “deal with it for the night” due to no available rooms with the same ocean view. Extra bedding was not provided, as he claimed he was not responsible for cleaning and did not know where sheets were kept. Eventually, we were shown a different room on another floor, which was cleaner but had a worse view. We were promised a room move the next day. The following morning, the day receptionist had no record of this and denied the room move, offering only to deep clean the original room. This resulted in unnecessary packing and unpacking. Overall, cleanliness was inconsistent, communication between staff was poor, and the night reception was unhelpful.

Sally's Hotel in Jeju looked a little old and somewhat intimidating from the outside, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, it turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant place to stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was the strong water pressure in the bathroom, which made showers very enjoyable after a long day of sightseeing. We booked a family room, which consisted of two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom had a standard bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second room did not have a bed, though I'm not sure if I overlooked this detail in the room description. Instead, we slept on traditional Korean floor bedding in what I believe was an ondol-style room. It was a unique experience and added a local touch to our stay. Another highlight was the Wi-Fi, which was exceptionally fast and reliable throughout our visit. Parking in front of the hotel was quite limited, but if I'm not mistaken, there is also an additional parking area behind the hotel, which helped make parking more manageable. Overall, despite its somewhat dated appearance, Sally's Hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, spacious layout, excellent facilities, and comfortable stay. I would happily stay here again when visiting Jeju.
