I originally wanted to have a good time here. At first, the front desk was quite enthusiastic, but after a while, they started to get a bit impatient, which made me feel very uncomfortable. This was my favorite hotel on Jeju Island this trip. I booked the most basic room, and it was surprisingly large and spacious with new facilities. It might have been off-season, which explains the affordable price. My only regret is that it was the rainy season, so I couldn't use the outdoor pool. I'll definitely try it next time! Their sauna is excellent and a must-try. The gym is also huge with comprehensive facilities. Since it was the rainy season, I spent most of my time in the hotel or at the restaurant. The location is great, making it convenient to get everywhere. Highly recommend!

One of the tallest buildings in Jeju with a ****** and shops at level 3. Staff are very well versed in all languages . They have a shuttle service to airport and the shilla duty free. Very personalised service by all of them.

It was a pleasant surprise to find such a spacious room in South Korea. The Chinese-speaking staff were very attentive. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport, and getting to the duty-free shop and Baojian Road is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk.
The only thing missing is a kids' play area for infants. The infinity pool was too cold, so I didn't dare take my baby there. If there were a kids' room, parents could take turns enjoying the spa!
