Whistlelark Hotel is a great choice for a stay in Jeju City. The location is perfect—close to the harbor, Dongmun Market, and plenty of restaurants. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and many offer beautiful ocean views. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities like the self-laundry and parking make the stay even more convenient. A peaceful, well-kept hotel that offers great value for money. Highly recommended for travelers who want comfort and easy access to the city’s highlights.

Just stayed a night, before our flight back home. Hotel is in a great location with lots to see and do in walking distance. The pool area is nice, nothing special but a good place to relax and enjoy the afternoon. A little noisy but nothing AirPods can’t fix. The room is simple but clean and has everything you need. Shower pressure isn’t great but fine for one night. Staff was helpful and polite.

The hotel was clean and easy to walk to loads of restaurants and some nice things in the city. The room I booked had a view of the Marina, and a very lovely balcony. The problem was that the pool hours only started from 14:00 (2pm) which was terribly inconvenient to my holiday, as I had planned to catch some early sun before it was too hot and then go out for the rest of the day. I was very upset by the pool hours problem, as I had booked the hotel for the pool. So in order to use the pool, since that's why I paid for the hotel, I needed to rush a bit and skip some other plans for sights.

Was a bad experience, room's bed sheets from previous customer was not even changed. I checked in late and by the time I realized was late night. This was coupled with a bad Aircon setup. Aircon was auto set to turn off once room reached 25 degree C, this meant no air circulation in enclosed room . It was stuffy through the night and the aircon made a loud noise each time. Feed back to staff next day morning and found on second night, nothing changed. After two calls and going to front desk, then they finally change the setting so that the Aircon is not on thrift mode. Not that they only change bedsheets on request and you need to tell them before 2 pm. Maybe that is why I am sleeping with bedsheets that still smell of body odour from previous guests. Btw, read other reviews that the laundry room lights off at 10 pm which is using the time people do laundry is indeed a pain, have to use your mobile phone as torch light. Not a hotel that is welcoming to guests but one maximize their own profits at guests expense

Very convenient location, near airport, shopping and dongmun market. Room with nice view of Hallasan. We went for Jeju Marathon and the staff 안채이 (An Chaei) was very helpful and fast in helping us. We felt very reassuring of getting to the right place with her help. Thank you very much !

Location is close to the airport and shopping areas. The pool is the best part.

It’s quite value for $ for the location The description put ocean view but we got a side room and can only see a partial sea view But we caught a very nice sun rise from balcony

The room is spacious and clean, we enjoyed our stay here. The location of the hotel is very accessible to the nearby market and black pork street. Highly recommended.

Appreciate especially the beautiful view out the balcony. The coin laundry n washer was such a welcome facility. The hotel is located near the Dongmun Market and the many eateries in the Black pork street.

We chose an ocean view. View was good & location was near to a local supermarket & walking distance to Dongnum market. House keeping of the room can be improvement.

Hotel room is clean and in good condition. Location was also convenient to walk to Black Pork street and Dongmun market. There's also a convenience store and supermarket nearby. For this price, I would stay here again anytime.

Good location with amazing view of the water. The room we booked smelled bad (like wet dog smell) so we were swapped to another room that was better. The bad smells continued with the self laundry, part of the reason we booked it was so we could do our own laundry but we ended up not using it because it smelled bad. We also only received 2 water bottles per day for 2 people which isn’t enough.

Location is good. Peaceful yet near to many restaurants, market and shopping.. Black Pork Street is just across the hotel. 24-hour convenience store is only walking distance. Very convenient.. Love the hotel ! Will stay back this hotel in our next trip to Jeju.

Nice room and good service from staff. Near to cu mart, 7e and other amenities. I strongly recommend to book room with sea view as the view is magnificent. Will stay here again if i come to jeju!
