Booked a VIP family room. The room was quite spacious, with a large double bed and a good-sized kids' bed. The facilities are a bit dated but still clean and tidy. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport. It's also very convenient for dining, drinks, and shopping nearby.

Hygiene: Clean, the towels and linens were spotless. Environment: The room was a bit small, with no space to lay out my suitcase. Facilities: The facilities were quite old, and the hairdryer wasn't very good. There are many great places to eat nearby, and you can walk to Olive Young.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. It's about a ten-minute ride from the airport shuttle. The surrounding area is great, with Baojian Road nearby. It's a bustling commercial street, very well-connected. The only downside is that, like all hotels, check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM the next day. This means you lose four hours compared to a 24-hour stay, even though the room rate isn't calculated hourly.

This room type is absolutely fantastic, perfect for two families traveling together or a group of friends. It features two bedrooms, a living room, and three bathrooms, plus a walk-in closet. The living room is spacious, and the two bedrooms are at opposite ends, ensuring privacy. Compared to booking two separate rooms, I find this option much more convenient for looking after each other, especially when traveling with parents. The hotel's location is also super convenient, close to duty-free shops,保健路 (Baojian Road), and various trendy restaurants. There's even a CU convenience store right across the street. The hotel service is excellent too, with Chinese-speaking staff available.

I really loved this hotel! It offers great value for money. It seemed like they changed the duvet covers every day, and all the staff were very friendly. The bed was also really comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jeju, and I'll make sure to try the breakfast too.

The hotel's location is pretty good, very convenient for getting around and shopping. However, for a five-star hotel, it falls short. It seems to be an old five-star establishment, and the facilities are quite outdated. Especially the bedding – the pillow and duvet inserts had a strong, stale sweat smell, and the bed sheets weren't very smooth to the touch. My friend even seemed to have an allergic reaction. For a five-star hotel, this quality of bedding is completely unacceptable. There was also a layer of dust on the furniture, so it wasn't exactly spotless. The staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to answer questions, but the hotel's hardware seriously needs an upgrade.

After sifting through many hotels in Jeju, I settled on this one. It felt quite convenient, just a couple hundred meters from Baojian Road, and there's a CU and 7-Eleven right across the street. The room didn't feel old at all, and the cleanliness was excellent; it was spotless every time I returned. I didn't even need to bring a universal adapter, which was incredibly handy. The lobby and elevators smelled wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. Plus, it seems like a hotel favored by locals too, as there was a local wedding held there on my second day!

The room was clean and it was very convenient to get here from the airport, with a bus stop right outside. The service was excellent; they even helped us with a taxi. I'd definitely stay here again.
